Hotel is far away from Airport,no facilities in the hotel not even a restaurant.

Charging more than the amount which is mentioned in booking.com, Paid extra for 1 way airport transfer . the location of the hotel is poor

pathetic location of the hotel, very crowded place, do not follow the google map location. Location specified in the google map is flawed. The services mentioned on the website are not present in the hotel. They do not even have a card swipe machine.

First of all it’s a wonderful place if you are interested in knowing everything about arrival schedules of the Mumbai’s domestic airport, if you love airplanes and you are deeply into aeronautics. You’ll be able to check all the details of the engines because they will be flying every five minutes in front of your eyes, at really close range. Another great “first person” experience will be the one of living right in the middle of a slum. I don’t mean a small slum with a few shaggy houses. I mean a huge slum, where garbage, bad smell, residues of all types will be your best companions along with the dogs, goats, pigeons and crows that crave in the dirt fighting for food, amongst all the children playing in the garbage. That’s the view you’ll get from your room window besides an occasional truck loading and unloading on the opposite sidewalk. The hotel is on a side street directly connected to the main road where you can’t find anything within a walking distance. Walking in that road is even dangerous because it’s constantly jammed with trucks, rickshaws, car and all sorts of vehicles that won’t care if you’re walking and will push you into the nearest mud pond. With all that traffic you could think that it was easy to find a rickshaw or a cab to take you places! Forget it. They are always full and they won’t worry about trying to understand you. The way back to the hotel may be another adventure because you’ll have to phone the hotel and then put them talking to the driver so they can explain where the hotel is.

If you ask the hotel (as I did!) to find you a Mumbai tour with a guide to show you the city, be prepared to have a guide that hardly speaks English and that will drive you through the streets pointing at buildings and telling their names. This tour was so incredible that I almost couldn’t believe that was happening . The guide didn’t know not even the simplest fact about the city, not one single historical event and I was even questioned why I wanted to know the approximate date when the “Gate of India” (the most iconic building in the city!) was built. I got a reprimand from the guide saying that usually people just want to take photos. On the other hand, he pointed out to me where were all the houses of some rich people. The morning I left, the boy that brought my breakfast wouldn’t leave my room until he got money. He didn’t speak English at all and just pointed out that he would be out of duty in a little while and wanted his tip. All this with gestures and refusing to abandoned the room until he received money. Also on the reception they wanted me to pay for bottles of water that I had already paid to the boy that brought them. So, if you buy something (even a bottle of water!) ask for the paper, because the boys won’t give the money to the reception. I think booking.com shouldn’t have them listed as it might even get people in danger. I cannot imagine what I would do if, for instance, I had children with me in such a neighborhood, almost forced to be stuck in the room as it was virtually impossible to get out. Avoid this place at all costs.

המיקום וריחות מסריחים כמו במזבלה , יציאה מהמלון וחזרה אליו בעייתיים ביותר , צוות המלון פרט לעובדי הקבלה לא מקצועיים אינם מבינים את מהות תפקידם שהוא מתן שירות ובמיוחד מנהל משק ראשי אדם גועל נפש והיתייחסותו לאורחים מזלזלת , חשוב לציין שהמקום שורץ מוסלמים עקב מצב הביטחוני הכלל עולמי וכל אחד יחליט אבל הנתון צריך שיהיה ברשות מזמין המלון , אין שום מקום לטיול , אטרקציה או/ו חויתי סתם מקום , ממליץ לצרף סירטון על כל מלון שמראה לא רק את המלון אלה גם הסביבה הקרובה ממש איך נראה המקום ואם ידוע על ריחות לא נעימים בלשון המעטה יש לציין זאת , אני ממליץ למחוק אותם מהאתר שלכם שמלון זה לא יהיה אופציה בכלל .
