it was far from the airport. it is a 3 star hotel not a 4 star

very modern decor and furniture in the room, excellent bed and bathroom. Very cordial and helpful staff. Excellent air-conditioning and view from window, and an ATM nearby. The room was real quiet.

Check out time is not convinient. No value for money. Very much over priced. Large screen HD TV with no HD channels :D real waste of having an HD TV

It's a great place the staff is very friendly, save place specially for family's with children's as the main hotel building is far away from the main gate, the Surrounding area is excellent . +++++A

we really enjoy the service provided by the hotel( dropping us for free at the bus station) and the kindness of the staff.

Cleanliness Breakfast buffet was very good.

facilities are not in par with the competitors for the money I paid. If you like to travel by auto you will have to walk out of the campus. Staff in the restaurant don't even smile at you, they work like robots. Buffet spread for dinner is not worth for money.

There are very few options for the in room dining menu for lunch & Dinner. This can be improved.

The Asiana Place is located about 15mins-30mins south of Chennai Egmore station depending on traffic. The hotel itself is 5 stars by any standard, the beds in the double queen rooms are so deep and comfortable it was by far the best & most relaxing stay we had on our 66 day journey. Breakfast was a very good select, if anything I would say get there early. The staff at the front desk were not only the MOST attentive, helpful and genuine we came across but also very friendly. For example, they helped with Taxi hire, helped with Taxi disputes. Bala, the duty manager went as far as booking our train ticket for us with his own credit card because ours wasn't accepted, which we reimbursed him for naturally... service beyond the call of duty. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent, dont let the music of the club downstairs put you off, you cant hear a thing up in the rooms that start on level 5. The Ascendas park has two food courts which are very good value and quality, there is also a few small shops like a 24hr pharmacy, gifts, ATMs, a barber/hairdresser, telephone etc.. all within the secure walls. It is situated at the rear of the Ascendas IT park which is a gated business community. It is only just over a year old and this means you may need to carry the address with you as some Taxi drivers dont know it as yet.. but just say 'Ascendas' and guide them to the rear of the complex.

Cant really think of anything significant that would stop you booking this hotel, I travelled with my 80yo father, who loved this place and found it easily the most comfortable and enjoyable of any stay of the 15 hotels we have used on our travels.

The hotel was in a secluded/protected techno-park area, quiet & away from the bustle of the city. As we were with a group of school students attending a conference at the nearby American School of Chennai, this was very convenient. The personal attention and care we got from the Duty Manager, Mr. Bala and his staff, was most appreciated by us. The breakfast buffet was delicious & the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-furnished.

all ok, clean. i had to ask to change my room as soon as we arrived, the first room was not ok. they gave a perfect room then.

Good conditioned clean rooms with all neccesarry things available. Very friendly nice personal. Comfortable cars for pick up service.

Since it is located quite inside a campus, it should have a pick up and drop facility for nearby areas,

staff is very helpful and friendly. liked everything other than the location which is in between IT companies
