Hotel Aura  

Location. Very close to New Delhi Train Station.

Damaged furniture. Bed linen and room were dirty. Poor breakfast service.

Picture of suite with tub does not match condition of room. Staff tries very hard but they lack sufficient tools to keep room and bathroom clean. Owner charges 4.5 star rates for a 2.5 value hotel without making full repairs. Hotel is located Arakasham Road with a large choice of other hotels on the same block. Cost of food is higher then its value but delivery of meal to room is quick. At check out the bill can be different then the booking service voucher and the vat tax is calculated at a different rate then authorized. Rooms need a through scrubbing and the owner needs to less stingy with fixing the hotel and paying staff that talk because everyone talks. I will be returing to Delhi several more times but I will not be coming back to this hotel as sit is not within 30 minutes by taxi as staed by staff when I called on Skype. Not all bad - - just be prepared to pay top dollar for less then toll dollar service.

Laatu hintaan nähden oli hyvä. Henkilökunta palveli erinomaisesti ja kaikki kaupunkiloman tarvittavat palvelut oli saatavilla. Kentältä nouto oli lupauksesta huolimatta maksullinen (tosin edullinen 150 rs). Yhtenä päivänä vesi oli poikki, mutta korjasivat tilanteen erittäin nopeasti.

Wifi connection.

Bed sheets weren't clean. Hotel staff gave misleading information to gain more money off us. Not advising you what would be for your best interest. Very persistent in trying to get us to book excursions through them, and we learnt that we had been ripped off!

Pretentious design of the rooms, however very dirty, with bed linen that has not been changed between customers.I Had to cover everything. Problems with toilet flash and no hot water. Extremely noisy from outside. Very poor breakfast. Location geographically is fine, however the neighborhood is really scatchy!

Location was good. Nice and helpful staff. Aura tour and travel organized a nice four days trip with car and driver,all hotels were nice,recommended !

Noone came and pick us up in airport even we had agrement.First after calling and waiting long time the car came,disappointment after a long travel ! The sheets look dirty,towels the same !I don't like to criticize,but they did'nt change the sheets before I demanded.. Bad shower,no wall or curtain,water everywere after shower ! Still I wonder if we got the room we payed for..
