no bad experience
Bright and large rooms, very friendly people, great breakfast with lots of variety. I also liked the bed, which is huge and comfortable.
Location and staff are pretty good and there is wifi.
There was no hot water (at least not within 10 minutes) and breakfast was bad.
For those who are looking an affordable stay within a prime location, Aura is a good option. I essentially picked the place for the lucrative price it offered and the service was impressive equally extending to its rooms as well.
good bed, friendly staff.
no hot water.
Room quite simple but also ok. Nice and helpful staff.
Water flowing inside the room once you take bath Pathetic attitude of desk/reception staff
The hotel staff was terrific especially travel desk staff. They were just so helpful. The location was perfect just a few minutes away from some of the most interesting sights.
Staff help full. ..location good and restaurant food was great
Nothing except room didn't have a window..
Everything is fine. I didn't see any hassle here.
I believe I booked with break fast. But we were told , ours was not listed for that.
i booked a room at this property months in advance and after arriving at the hotel after a long transit - we were told that the room was 'dirty' and we had to go their hotel across the road that was a budget hotel. i was extremely disappointed as the room i had booked seemed luxurious and a lot nicer than the one i was offered. after arriving at the budget hotel, the staff tried to force me to pay the same rate that i had accepted at the more luxurious hotel. thankfully i quickly checked the internet and saw the rate for the budget room was HALF of what they were trying to make me pay. I was horrified and disgusted by this. They were surprised that i had realised what they were doing. We had a terrible experience with this hotel.
Good service and spacy rooms.
the location is near to everything
the staff at the reception was a bit slow .
Everything was spotless, clean and premium looking.
Friendly staff. Check in was quick, their english is excellent and they provided me with a map and some recommendations for sightseeing. Great rooms. Modern, clean, roomy and well equipped.
Hotel staff were super helpful and the hotel was lovely!
If you are looking for a no-frills place to stay for a night or two relatively close to city, this hotel is great. It is clean, relatively inexpensive and friendly.
The wifi can be a little on the slow side but it's free so can't really complain.
The spa bath was not connected to plumbing at all. As soon as the water got to the level of the jets it began flooding the bathroom and room. It took them 3 hours to swap my room, which by that time I was almost ready to check out. Very very little discount was given as it was a "technical difficulty" (even though there was no plumbing to begin with). The staff member I was dealing with was rude and inappropriate offering to take me out on his motorbike for the afternoon and out to dinner, rather than discount the room.
Before we went to Delhi I had called the hotel to ask for train-tickets. This was me and my three children's first trip to India so obviously I wanted to get everything right. "No problem ma'am, we'll take care of it when you arrive" the travelagent from the hotel told me. I asked if he was sure there wouldn't be sold out and he assured me. Well of course there was when we eventually got there and being too tired caused to jetlag and different kind of scam-attemps we just agreed to an rather expensive taxi to go to Agra. Other then that the hotel was ok. Compared to everywhere else in India we have been in during the last four weeks this was the worse neighborhood and so so hard to find. Arriving in Delhi was of course a big scam where three different people worked together in ordee to convince us that the road ro Delhi was closed due to election. I was prepared for this but it still came quite as a shock. Fortunaly the hotel fast cleared this for us when calling them and the tuk tuk driver who had us in his vehicle threw us out when he found out he couldn't fool us. From that point we wanted to walk to the hotel and ended up spending 2 hours being sent from east to west by rude people (and we have found nothing but nice people everywhere else in India!). In the end a very sweet driver showed us a map and took us to our destination! Of course I would never hold the hotel responsible to these happenings. We came quite early and the hotel did their best to accomodate us as quick as possible, think we got a room after an hour. Fell asleep and took their offer about a taxi. They wrote down a price but ended up charging us a few hundred rupees more, so be aware of them charging for parking and other things. Their driver was very sweet but when asking him to take us to Dilli Haat he took us to Delhi Haat and told us it was almost the same. Well, please don't go to that place!!
Staffs Breakfast Cleanliness
Poor light inside room, lobby Poor Shower fittings and Bath sink Away from Metro Station
Great location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Pocket friendly stay in the city. That was what Aura was for me. Convenient and price perfect. Rooms are fair enough. Staff made sure that we had everything that we needed and that is good.
Food was ok.
It’s a budget hotel that is conveniently located in a prime location and getting around is easy from here. Rooms are of average size and is well supported with basic amenities and clean bedding.
Superb service- attentive and friendly. Everything working perfectly and was neat and clean. Arranging transportation and eating was a breeze! Very quiet hotel in a convenient location. Great tea, too.
Surprised to see the cleanliness, service and cooperation. All other things are also very nearby, hence can move around very easily.
