The staff were very supportive and friendly. This was my first trip to Delhi and enjoyed my stay. The staff also helped me with travel arrangements and advised me on it; in fact they went ahead to get me the best deal for my trip to Agra.

room were cleaner and provided with every required utilities. The Staff were too good to talk. They are well behaved. A lovely place to stay. room do lack space and numbers of power sockets

It was clean and comfortable They charged me an extra 7.5% tax which was not mentioned on the booking sheet,other than the 10% mentioned there, please mention all information please.

Comfortably furnished rooms, very clean, helpful & polite staff, good location, great value for money, definitely better than some 5-star hotels in India. The breakfast selection could be bigger. Would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the room.

Ystävällinen palvelu, siisti. huono kielitaito, ruokalaistoista ei käynyt selville esim mikä on kasvisruoka, ilmastointi puhalsi vaikka ilma oli kylmä ulkona 13 astetta.Laitoimme lämmityksen päälle. Ei alkoholioikeuksia tuolloin.

I stayed the the basil the residency, hotel were looking very good but service wasn't good, i stayed the royal residency hotel, the royal residency hotel is a boutique hotel but service was excellent as five star hotel, so i am saying to everybody the royal residency hotel is the better then to basil the residency. hotel service was very bad.

Siisti pikku hotelli, jossa sisustus oli moderni, sängyt hyvät, palvelut hyvät.Liikenne ei kuulunut sisään, hyvät yöunet. Taso länsimainen ja vastasi netti-informaatiota. Hotelli sijaitsee keskellä " ei mitään" keskellä hyvin vilkkaasti liikennöityjä väyliä. Kattoterassilla liikenteen katku huumaava. Lähellä ei ollut liikkeitä, ei mitään. Keskustaan pääsi tuktukilla tai taksilla. Hintaan tuli huomattava lisä luxus- ja palveluverosta.

Very clean and comfortable, restaurant good Very far from city and airport, taxi had difficult time finding it No facilities expected of a 4 star hotel; rooftop lounge had a few wooden benches and overlooked noisy polluted highway overpasses
