Stay in the hotel room was good... Had to wait for 15 min for Airport pick up to reach me which was annoying... Also, Buffet dinner was average & not tasty.

Hotel is closed to our Customer locations, hence we stayed at Skycity House keeping is very poor. Restaurent to improve on cleaning of dinner plates and class.

Even the Spa itself need significant remodelling their Spa stuff is very good and the spa prices very affordable. For the 4 star hotel io would expect much more comfy room. Also they should remodell the spa completely, the showers are horrible.

staff helped with accessory requirements when requested placed in the wrong room to start off with had to wait for the entire day before we were moved to the room we had paid for poor management
