permanent building, although it is not the fault of the hotel.
nice hotel, the normal location, no problem.
Ants crawling all over the room. No hot water. Horrible wifi. We were woken up in the morning by loud hammering sounds.
nice location next to the mosque.
Lots of poverty near by once you step out, make sure you have some 10's or so so you don't feel bad
Clean (tell staff to clean room they will not do it auto) cheap clean restaurants near by, can pray in magnificent mosque!
A great place, however if you like to have a drink in the evening, that is not possible at this hotel. It's located in the direct vicinity of the largest mosque in India, and the area is very muslim orientated. Therefore alcohol or western restaurants can not be found close by.
Hotel is very clean and room we had was very comfortable. For anyone looking for the Old Delhi scenery with Jama Mashid and Red Ford, these are in the direct vicinity at walking distance.
My single room had an Indian type of toilet, which i did not about when i was making the reservation. But after one day i got used to it.
This hotel is very well located. I was lucky that my rooms windows were heading into a courtyard so it was very quiet. Im not sure about the rooms facing the busy street, i would imagine they must be noisier. Staff was nice, very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and modern, really a good place to stay and detinitely worth the money !
the location where it is situated. The staff need to be educated more.
everything abt the hotel
charges were taken by hotel but invoice not provided as per them booking.om will provide the bill but booking.com said we had not accepted changes so invice will reveoved from hotel but till time no action
Neighboard at night looks very bad, dark and lot of people living in the street next to the hotel. If you want a place to relax and specialy if you are travelling with family is not a good location.
Location is very good if you want to visit mosque and other tourist places. Internet is not free but works very good. Nice people working there.
wonderful , great to stay.
Generally it was a nice stay in the hotel. The staff can speak minimal english but the receptionist can speak and understand english well.they were very helpful. Within a walking distance to the metro station
Need to more amenities like linen and mattress. Tea kettle would be in every room. Also pick and drop facility should be add on by hotel. Thanks
Hotel is situated at nice place. Hotel ambiance is good and their staff is very nice. Best of luck.
Bathroom as usual no shower screen, small room so everything gets wet
Clean @ comfortable, good location
The surroundings, its a very crouded area.
Its very near to jama masjid u can say opposite of gate # 3 its very convenient to pray namaz.
Crowded and dirty area. May not good for children to walk around the hotel. Rickshaws are driven recklessly. Taxi can't go to the front of the hotel in the afternoon, you should walk or take a rickshaw.
Located accross Masjid Jama and in walking distance to the Red Fort. This is the best accomodation you can find in the area. Easy to find halal food also if you're a moslem. The staff was great and very helpful.
Only one of the staff spoke any English - which is fine, until it means you can't check in or out and you spend most of your time waiting around in reception...very frustrating! We booked a superior room, they gave it to someone else before we arrived. Which we were happy with as the standard room was great, but were charged little difference the next day when we had been told we wouldn't have to pay the deluxe price.
Location - if you want to be in the old city it is perfect Rooms are a good size and are very clean and modern. I expect they are great compared to other b&bs in the same area.
