Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are small, but only really needed things are inside, very well designed and clean. Complimentary breakfast is reach and tasty.

They don't have a restaurant, only small cafe, which is good for breakfast, but it is almost not possible to have a lunch there. Anyway food delivery solves the problem.

I liked the decor, service, comfort, quiet location, cleanliness, staff, cafe service, everything. It is one of the the best hotels we stayed. Simple, reasonably priced, clean, functionally designed good lighting, TV channels, air con, hot water etc.

Very Clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The Owner of the hotel clearly pays attention to the upkeep of the premises and ensures they remain at a high standard. Really appreciared the free tea and coffee stand located in the hallway so I could have a morning cuppa before having to face the world. Also really enjoyed chilling out in the lounge area which was well stocked with books and boardgames for those who need a break from shopping and sight seeing.

It Would have been great if they had a few more breakfast options for those who aren't interested in buffet breakfast.

Friendly, efficient staff. Used this hotel as our base. Left luggage and laundry with them whilst at other locations. Free water and morning tea/coffee. Internet access in hall and lounge. Wi-Fi log in written on walls of hotel. Large map of area on wall in hall. Free maps of the metro. Map of walk to nearest metro station on back of door key 'envelope'. Arranged pick up from airport on arrival in Delhi by email.

I liked the location, the clean rooms and the friendly staff.

The bathroom with a glass door and no shower-curtain. It meant you could see the person taking bath inside. The room did not have enough facility for hanging / keeping clothes. It had only one chair in which to sit. There was no facility for making tea in the room.

Clean & quite room on the second floor. Very comfortable bed. Western European standard. Perfect for an overnight stay in Delhi.

There is always room to improve: I didn't like the way how reception staff handled easy travel requests such travel arrangments and recommendations for bus and train as booking train tickets for foreigners can be a nightmare. A second desk (Mac) at the reception might be an option to avoid waiting time for such requests while other guests would like to check-in/out. Rather expensive in-house taxi service with limited/non English knowledge of the driver! Even I requested this for my 2 day journey

Very clean hotel.

We were informed that there was no room available for us when we checked in. And we have to move to another hotel,which is far from the metro station.

Perhaps finally a 3 star place in Delhi which has everything that you can ask for: Friendly and knowledeable staff, service with a smile, beautiful decor, spaceous lounge, hearty and delicious breakfasts. Fabulous 'design' hotel - I just thought it was well thought through and as a concept, separated itself from all other hotels in the city. Staff made you feel like you were staying in a family run establishment - super helpful and all really knowledgable about the city. Surprisingly rapid accessible distances incl. Free bus shuttle run by the hotel Will return again and again... Good luck with the next opening! Martin :-)

Wonderful bed, I slept really well. Lovely shower. Pizza delivery available which is good as there are not many places to eat nearby.

Everything a tired traveler needs was present: clean room, hot shower, free wifi, free bottled water, free coffee/tea in the morning, and sleek comfortable bed and bathroom.

Honestly, nothing. I couldn't stop raving about this hotel room all weekend.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra day. We stayed in more than 8 hotels in India. This was our favorite, and also by far the least expensive. It had everything needed in the roo, including pillow top queen. Bed, separate toilet closet from shower, hot water, free tea and coffee in lobby in AM, free water , free self serve laundry , wonderful lounge area with free modern Apple computers,board games, library and comfortable chairs, cute and reasonably priced on site cafe, great staff, free shuttle to several major sites and shopping. No minibar or in room coffee. Has in room safe. 25 minutes to airport in non rush hour time.

Just a bit "echoey" on ground floor with voices from reception. But not enough to worry about.

Bloomrooms is absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, excellent staff, and a hot shower. Room was serviced daily and the towels were white and fluffy. There was a Reverse cycle air conditioner which was welcome during the Delhi winter. There is a small café on site for breakfast and snacks and if you like they will order more substantial meals from a nearby restaurant if you don't feel like walking the 10 minutes to local restaurants. The hotel is close to a metro station and there is an hourly shuttle if you don't feel like walking the little distance. We heard absolutely no street sounds - heaven. We loved Bloomrooms, and would welcome an oasis such as this in any country or city we visit.

The room isn't large and the bed is against the wall which may be a problem for some people. It didn't worry us as everything else was so wonderful.

I was really impressed with the easy atmosphere in the hotel. The guys at the desk were always friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

My only complaint would be the noise of people checking in late at night or returning from a night out.

Awesome hotel with awesome staff. Not one flaw with this hotel. Rooms are very clean, staff are super friendly, and location is perfect to see all of Delhi. Metro stsation is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
