Score from 40 reviews Good
Nice well designed, good utilization of space. No disturbance by staff. The free wifi and the free tea points on each floor.
A bit difficult to locate. Parking space too little.
Rooms are clean and modern, there is a small cafe around the corner which serves breakfast, free shuttle service to a number of nearby sights, great value for money
Location might be inconvenient for some parts of town, there's not much at walking distance in terms of bars or restaurants
Basic facilities Cleanliness
Liked everything!!!! Great location close to the subway!lovely touch of water with lime at reception...
Clean rooms Air con barely needed Toiletries Cafe
Rude man on reception Our bathroom smelt like an ashtray When we told the man on reception his response was very simply "ok"
Everything from front office to the security are friendly and professional !!! I like the coffe Schop very much.. Thanks everyone and keep it up!!!
Less time... May be more time next time...
I loved the decor, the simplicity, the cleanliness and connectivity!
Would have loved some storage space, built in cupboard. Hangers make the room look lived-in but shabby!
- Great value - Great location - Tasteful, well equipped interiors
- Overpriced cafe with average food - The room had strong musty smell, which usually means a poorly serviced air conditioner or lack of ventilation
Cleanliness and location
This property is over-rated on the booking websites, in our view. Room is tiny, some basic provisions are lacking (no place to hang clothes, no shelves to keep used clothes, no side table next to bed). This may be ok for a single youth - who likes dormitory type of lodging. But I will not recommend it for families or mature professions - certainly not for stay for more than a day or two. It is an European style accommodation - in a warm country. Hence the small space (appropriate for very cold climate) may not be relevant to a warm country. Front desk staff were generally not helpful (except for the wonderful property manager). They promised to change us from 2nd floor to 1st or ground floor on the second day. (no elevators - you have to carry your own luggage up and down). But they did not honor that promise. Location in South Delhi is convenient - there are also some good restaurants nearby. In summary, if you are under-30 single on business trip for a day or two, this hotel may be ok. If you are not, I would not recommend this property.
Staff is not friendly & not helpful..e.g. the place does not have a lift & when I had to carry my luggage till second floor, staff did not even bother to offer help..could not find a single staff member who even smiles..
The cleanliness and ambience.
Food and cost at amici are not good.
Neat and clean hotel, good location if you are travelling via Nizamuddin railway station.
The staff put up a very serious face, this can be a liitle more smiling.
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.
We checked in at around 9 PM, and the tea section was empty the whole night.
Overall it was good
Customer service was a bit problem, after checking out the room i had some doubt about forgetting my belongings and i called but u did not get a positive feedback on the 1st or 2nd call i had to chase them for at least 5 - 6 times and then i got an answer.
Liked the feel of the hotel. The security guard Ashok Kumar was a gem of a person.
Friendly and helpful staff and high standards of cleanliness and comfort. A bright , welcoming , calm environment. Highly recommended.
I'm from Liverpool (scouser) in the UK and we find it difficult to put up with people who treat you like a fool. All of the write ups regarding poor staff made no sense. The security guard was a perfect gentlemen. The reception staff are very professional guys and treat you like a client. You can see how much they go out of their way to help you in anyway they can and with a smile on their face and voice. Its a great Hotel.and only five minutes walk to the Metro. It has a lovely Café on the premises. Local phone calls from your room are free. There's a subway café just 10 to 15 minutes walk and opposite the subway a great chicken currie takeway. The choice is yours. The Hotel is a bargain.
I think the only thing wrong was lack of space to hang clothes. If your on your own not a problem but if your a couple then be patient.
love the chocolate cookies as souvenirs
The ambiance, the rooms and Amici right there make it a perfect spot. The distance of the Hotel from Khan Market made it another great reason to stay here
The staff is a bit rigid and unsure of the Hotel policies so that could get annoying. Apart from this, the overall room was clean except for the pillow covers.
The ambience of hotel was of good qaility and upkeep of hotel was good. The vlue for money was derived and luggage facility after checkout is the most appealing part and will always attract me to come again and again. Room service was of international touch as i was pampered by keeping medicine in proper storage.
Simple and clean, nice cafe downstairs for breakfast and useful games room above it. Nothing to complain about.
No shops within walking distance.
What an excellent and great value hotel. Very simple but all that one could possibly need. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very good hotel and very happy with the service
It was a bit a difficult to locate from the airport.
