Friendliness of the staff Excellent service provided by the staff from housekeeping through to front of house. First class accommodation Room service

Would have preferred PURE VEG facility without any meat being offered but that's just me!

And when I went to a travel agency to book a new plane ticket and a room for a night they told me hotel bright dirty people I did not tell them that I thought my passport desappeared at the hotel

It was very bad .the price negotiated was 3500. I show my confirmation but they charge 4000 I was in such an anger that I forgot to take my passport after photocopy (I think it is what happened) because at the airport I had no passeport so police embassy and so on

they deducted amount from the bank by using debit card details about 3 days in advance. while checking out was asked to pay again. bitter experience.

Room & bathroom was very clean, comfy bed & pillows. Staff were only too happy to assist. Wifi is great, can be slow at times but overall excellent. Breakfast in room is good, no complaints. Perfect location for shopping in Connaught place.

Everything. Best location in Delhi. Instead of central location the room was silent. There are great shops, restaurants near the hotel. Very nice design, spotlessly clean but tiny room. Extremely helpful and polite, professional staff. Unfortunately we could not taste breakfast because of early check-out but we got delicious sandwiches take-away.

While we had booking for 2 nights because some unexpected reasons (not mistake of hotel management) they could not offer room for the first night. We were transfered to an other hotel which was disappointing and was not we were dreamed of. Instead of unpleasant situation the management did their best to make our stay comfortable and compensated us.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Good, clean room and bathroom, and comfortable beds. Just what we needed for a few nights in Delhi!

The hotel was clean, with modern equipment, we liked the breakfast in the room. We also tried dinning at the room and the food was great and not expensive.

The entrance looked horrible. Wifi was not perfect, connection was dropping and slow.

There is no restaurant/bar/cafeteria in the hotel where you can have breakfast or a meal. The entrance to the hotel is through narrow stairs and crossing a very dirty space with a destroyed, dirty and old sofa. They ask 800 Rupees for a transfer to the international airport while pre-paid taxies from the airport to this hotel are 300 Rupees...

The staff were very courteous and helpful.

This hotel is a hidden gem, which you will only discover if you or your taxi driver locate the small entrance at Block M at Connaught Place. Dare to climb the narrow stairs. Don't give up and turn back when you find an odd and really "apocalyptic" corridor. Just go ahead. Open the door at the end of that corridor and enter into another world. Leaving noisy, dusty and smelling Delhi behind you, you'll find yourself suddenly in a well air-conditioned, clean lobby with friendly staff welcoming you. The rooms are well furnished, provide any comfort you need and give a better impression than many 3* hotel rooms in Western Europe. Free WiFi is working well, minibar has fair prices. This hotel is a real oasis, given its surroundings!

Hotel Bright is situated in the best possible site in New Delhi: Connaught Place. Everything is near! The room was very clean and nicely decorated - I felt immediately like home! Both pick up and drop off to the airport worked just as planned. Very good value for the price: if I ever come back to Delhi, I'll stay in hotel Bright.

Next to the hotel is a night club that plays music very hard every night 7-11 pm, so if you plan to sleep before 11 pm, it won't work. Breakfast is not much, and if you want something more - like an extra glass of juice - you have to pay.

Its a little bit tricky to find so don't forget to take the address with you. The actual entrance is upstairs and may be a bit off putting to some as the neighbours are a bit strange. However once inside the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Its ideally located on the outer circle at Connaught place which was one of the stunning pieces of Lutyens design back in the 1920's. Its not really like that now however. Terrific value for money, recently refurbished and very clean. powerful A/C Highly recommend.

Excellent room and the quality you would pay three times more for in Lonfon. Perfect place to start an Indian holiday.

The top of the stairs before entering the reception, well it looks like a drug den with writing on the walls and old sofa, out of Trainspotting! But once in reception room 101 was perfect and service were amazing even when we left at 4am!

The greatest asset to any organisation is their staff and this is very evident in the case of this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is one reason which will prompt me to stay in this hotel in future apart from the location which is easily accessible. Nice clean room with all the amenities.

First impression at the entrance I was shocked it was really poor I told this to reception -once I got into the room all was fine till departure. Please take care of the first impression !

It was a perfect place to star our trip, excellent service, breakfast in bed at your choise. You can walk late at nigh without problems. Don t hesitate going there

The only thing I could say is that the taxi for New delhi train station was yo expensive, but It was our choise to take it.

Hotel se così si puó chiamare ,con pochissime stanze, è praticamente un appartamento con camere senza finestre, areazione da condizionamento e andito .Reception disponibile ma scarsissima nel dare informazioni , nn hanno nemmeno piantine della città per gli ospiti . Tutto porta ad una loro agenzia di fiducia di cui bisogna diffidare in quanto nn onesta( a noi volevano farci pagare un biglietto del treno 3 vole il costo reale ).Colazione in camera nn esiste nessuna sala di servizio . Le camere sono molto piccole e quindi la colazione in camera nn è certo comoda .

Das Personal des Bright wiegt die beschriebenen Nachteile vollumfänglich auf. Alle Angestellten waren extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Zimmer sind makellos und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Connaugh Place ist optimal für Erkundungstrips sowohl in Old- wie auch New-Delhi.

Der erste Eindruck mit einem Eingang, der durch einen verwarlosten Hausteil mit Wandsprayereien führt, ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Durch das einzige Minifenster mit Sicht in einen mülligen Hinterhof könnten einige Zimmer gut als fensterlos bezeichnet werden.
