Location is the USP

Great location, only 2 mins from Marine Drive and 4 mins to Churchgate station the other direction. Friendly staff, nice and clean.

No AC, only a ceiling fan so got quite hot in the room. Only a small window in the corner looking at a wall. Couldn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping.

Hospitality, cleanness, location and staff.

There is no food serving facility in the hotel, the hotel depends on external resources to provide food for the guests. Also the daily breakfast required to be changed from day to day in order to break the routine food.

Lovely hotel with excellent rooms at a great price. Maybe the softest bed I've ever been in! The staff were excellent, really helpful, gave me advice on the local area and helped me get some IPL tickets. Good location about 50 meters from Marine Drive

No free wifi, but it wasn't expensive and was pretty good speed, so I feel a bit bad even mentioning it, but there's very little not to like about this hotel

The hotel has a great location, near Churchgate train station and many tourist attractions and areas. The room was comfortable, clean, the staff helpful and nice.

The hotel looks like it "lives" in the seventies, it could well use a restyling and update. The reception is on the 5th floor, which is odd, and it looks like a IRS departament, or an office, it is not very welcoming or cosy. The breakfast was included, but it was very limited. Expensive (but I guess that is normal in Mumbai). But I would recommend it.

Very helpful trainee that gave us a information and suggestions for local visits. Nice roof terrace and we got an upgrade, so the room was convenient with a very comfy bed.

The location of the hotel was great - very close to Marine Drive and Churchgate Station.

We were in a triple room, but there was actually only one double bed and one (very uncomfortable) fold out bed.

As with many hotels in India they have a problem providing fast ,efficient wifi connection . a small point but important.

Good location, cleaniness, polite staff

Little value for money. Very noisy in night due to traffic and ancient elevator in building. Faulty ACs and limited breakfast.

Staff very helpful. Flexibility with the check-out time, able to leave bags in the hotel and use a rest room until departure late at night. Roof terrace with views over the sea very pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff in a very decent and reasonably priced hotel.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting friends in Mumbai & some sight-seeing. We loved it. Modern, huge rooms, great TV safe. It was a busy hotel, but they served people well. Their older style lift was sweet & always a man to operate. The cleaning staff were also very caring. The guy on the roof top breakfast area was lovely & they tried their best to serve a nice breakfast to western tourists. It was a great spot & the front door staff were wonderful & so friendly. They even personally fixed my husbands shoe when we discovered that it was a public holiday & no shop would be open to do it!

So minor really, but we thought they should use their great roof top spot as a Resturant, bar at all hours. The bathroom was very small & not so clean, but again very minor.
