Friendly and helpful service. Issue with bill sorted out promptly and satisfactorily. Good food. Internet is expensive and has to be used all at one time so if you are on for 10 mins you pay for an hour (141 rupees)!

Location is good and reception staff efficient.n No hand towels in bathroom!! No face towels too. Toiletries are poor. There is no airconditioning in space outside lifts and false fire warnings are a source of panic.

Good service and nice in-house cafe with fantastic patisseries Our floor were under renovation hence very dusty. The lift wasn't working either. Most local I.E. taxi drivers are not familiar with the Clarion. They only know the Qutab Hotel which we didn't realised is the old name. This explained why our taxi back to the hotel cost more than the away trip not mention the fact that we have to spend time looking for it.

Das Hotel verfügt laut Internet über zwei Restaurants. Eines der Restaurants ist wegen Renovierung geschlossen. Ein Hinweis fehlt im Internet. Das zweite Restaurant ist laut Internet und Hotelinfo auf dem Zimmer 24 Stunden geöffnet. Tatsächlich ist es nicht jeden Abend auf. Das Hotel liegt sehr ungünstig, wer als Geschäftsreisender im Indian Institute of Technology IIT zu tun, sollte ein Hotel in der Innenstadt wählen und jeden Tag per Taxi anreisen. Das Hotelpersonal versucht, ausländischen Gästen die hoteleigenen, völlig überteuerten Mietwagen mit Fahrer aufzuschwatzen. Der Jungmanager hat sogar behauptet, freie Taxis würden nicht auf das Hotelgelände fahren. Das stimmt natürlich nicht, ist aber als Verkaufsargument bei Unerfahrenen sehr überzeugend. Der Service beim Frühstück ist sehr nachlässig. Kaffee bekommt man nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, für die zweite Tasse muß man ebenfalls mehrfach das völlig desinteressierte Personal ansprechen. Für den siebentägigen Aufenthalt wurde der Zimmerschlüssel immer nur für zwei bis drei Tage kodiert. Dies hat nicht nur zur Folge, daß man abends nicht ins Zimmer kommt und zur Rezeption zwecks Nachkodierung gehen muß, sondern außerdem, daß der Zimmersafe offen ist.

La limpieza que falta en la India... Mal para pagar el hotel, cuando haces la reserva en el booking te aparece que las tasas etc estan a parte... Te pone los %, pero los % no son aplicados sobre el precio mostrado sino a la cantidad que a ellos les da la gana, con lo cual, el precio que tenias pensado es irreal al que finalmente vas a pagar... El 10% del city tax, no es sobre los precios del booking sino a los precios que ellos dicen que tienen como establecidos, que si realmente so esos precios relacion calidad precio es fatal...

Zeer professioneel personeel. Zeer proper en heel modieus ingericht. Zeer mooi business hotel met een schitterend zwembad. Ik heb van het zwembad mogen genieten nog na de check-out. Mijn kamer was niet klaar bij aankomst, 35min moeten wachten. Mijn bagage is pas 15min later op de kamer toegekomen en de SPA voor vrouwen is maar open van 12tot 15.30u

Rather central Hotel looks a bit tired. Smell of fresh paint was too strong. Room was cold as no heating in rooms exists, an old heater was supplied which was defective; so was breakfast room and breakfast was nothing to write home about.
