    The pool was great, the stuff friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean

    Breakfast was poor and so was the service and efficiency of at the breakfast team stuff. My bathroom was leaking water onto the bathroom floor.

    Good infrastructure. Comfortable bed. Their Italian restaurant serves very tasty lunches.

    Service at breakfast was terrible and the food was nearly as bad.

    Staff very courteous, friendly and very good property!!

    Maintenance of the property is poor overall,it is clean but not sparkling, swimming pool was very dirty from the construction work near by.

    This hotel is good if you need to be in the Qutab area. Shopping and markets are 20 mins away by taxi minimum.

    Good restaurant Good breakfast buffet Good and clean beds

    Most rooms could use renovation (as usual in India) Cleanliness of bathroom and windows could be improved (as usual in India) Loud music from ground floor restaurant/club up to 3rd floor

    It was a nice place to stay. Not noisy and good view from higher floor. Bed were not that great.

    Bed was very bad. Room service was a bid to on a expensive side with taxes added on it just killed u .

    The staff were fantastic. I specifically would like to thank Mr. Kapil at the front desk for his friendly, polite and yet professional attitude towards guests. Such attitude truly increases the interest of guests to stay at the hotel. Superb!

    The cleanliness was good but not excellent.

    Central location Very Obliging and helpful staff Included Breakfast Great Laundry Service

    Impossible to have a shower without wetting the entire Bathroom. No diet Coke in the mini bar! Would have prefered Creamer instead of Long Life Milk. Need more lighting in the Breakfast area.

    Polite staff & comfortable rooms.

    Dirty swimming pool. Used by pigeons as a watering hole. Breakfast could be better. The menu was repetitive.

    The staff were rude and far too junior. There appeared to no senior manager. It was expensive, breakfast was awful and we had to eat it in the dark. Never again.

    The homely atmosphere, not having to go through huge lobbies before getting to the car and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable with most amenties required of a good hotel. The view from the rooms was vast and open. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

    Overall staff behavior. Though very limited choice, food at Va Bene & also South Indian items at breakfast were quite good.

    Insistence on my spouse's id, at check-in. They should clearly indicate this requirement on web site. Continental items (pancake, hash potatoes) & even north indian items like puris & parathas were pretty lumpy & bad!!

    Clarion Collection is a fairly good place. The many negative reviews seem a tad bit over the top - and cannot be generalised. I will stay there again.

    Really had nothing to 'not like'.

    The hospitality! Especially of Mr. Sethi (the manager).

    *Cleanliness could be better. *There was construction of the 3rd. floor (my Rm.301), so there was a lot of noise and dust. Being jet lagged, I found difficult to sleep. *Internet speed could be better.

    The Parking is very nearby & Room service was good...

    The staff asked for My wife's ID also, which was not with us that time. they had put pressure on us to give the ID first or immediately. This is not a good thing. I am the Member of Marriot, Park & Radisson also and visit The Lalit & Ashoka very frequently, but they people never ask for ID of the people, those are with me. It spoiled our mood and we left after 4 hours only. But i provided the PAN of my wife by calling my accountant so many times in that time. I did not enjoy the time in your hotel but getting reminders by your staff only that they need the ID before Six. One more thing I need to say that. You can ask your staff also. When I Had booked my room 3 days in advance, why was my room not ready on time. I had requested pool side. they confirmed me the Room No.411. But when i reached there even late around 1 PM instead of 12 PM. The room was not ready and they gave us Room No.414. That is your service... Even for Room No.414 we had to wait for 15 mins. at reception and when we reached 414 after 20 mins. They were still cleaning the Room & Toilet... Now I request you to please don't offer me any gift or free voucher but please train your staff for particular these things. Thanks And SORRY if I am Rude...
