Nice hotel, excellent location and friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Clean and modern rooms. Great restaurant and bar with the friendliest staff.

The rooftop restaurant and pool were closed. Wi-fi were out of function for the last two days.

The room was so noisy from the roof due to the some machinery work Even though we turn offf aircon. We were difficulut to slerp and called reception regarding this matter at 11.30pm. The man was not kind at all like it s very usual. And he cut phone befor I finish my talk with him. Such a bad behavior person is in reception. At last we shift the room in the mid night.

The coffee shop advertised as being 24 hours wasnt actually 24hours - I arrvied atd the hotel at midnight due to a late flight & it was closed.

Smart business hotel in a good location. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms on top floors suffered greatly from buzzing from generator, so we had to move. Restaurants were pretty much shut at 10:30 - not unusual for India.

The standard was as good as you would expect considering the price. Close to the railway station.

The pool and the rooftop grill/bar were closed.

It was a very short stay. But I can honestly say that it is an excellent hotel with very helpful friendly staff. If I come back to Trivandrum again I will surely stay at Classic Avenue.

- Grundsätzlich freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit auch bei Pannen (Stromausfall), Probleme werden gelöst.

- Hotel kann anscheinend keine Rikscha für eine Fahrt frühmorgens zum Flughafen organiseren, eigener Wagen kostet ein mehrfaches davon. - Pool war in Revision

От аэропорта тривандрум до отеля не более 15 минут езды на такси.

- в номере не оказалось тапочек, холодильника; - нерегулируемый кондиционер; - при размещении 2 человек в номере почему-то оказалось только 1 зубная щетка; - бассейн к нашему приезду оказался на ремонте; - в столовой на 2 этаже напитков к ужину пришлось ждать минут 40; - персонал совершенно нерасторопный, ленивый.

السعر حقيقة ميالغ فيه والضرائب مرتفعة كثير انا حجزته من قبلكم ب 3500 بس واقعا الليلة طلعت علي 5000 روبية يعني ضرائب خدمة الغرف وضرائب عدة وحاولت اتصل عليكم ولكن لم اجد الرقم اللذي باستطاعتي الاتصال عليه. عندي اقتراح/ انتم تكتبون سعر الغرف فقط دون معرفة او عرض الضرائب للفندق المفروض تكون اتفاقية او سياسة موحدة لكل دولة. لكي يتم لنا معرفة السعر التقريبي لكي لا يتم النصب علينا تخيلوا انا سكنت في هذا لفندق 7 ليالي ومجموع الفواتير 39000 روبية صراحة المبلغ كثير وكلما تتحدث معاهم يقول سياسة الفندق ومع العلم الفندق لايستحق الا نجمتين فقط وليس اربع نجوم. وعندي مايثبت على صحة كلامي وانا احتفظ بالفاتورة ان رغبتم فيها. فمعذرة اطلت عليكم بس لاني احب اتعامل دائما معكم وهذه ليست اول مرة اتعامل واحب الاستمرار في التعامل بس اول مره عن طريقكم هذا الفندق ينصب ويحتال علي تقبلوا تحياتي... shawqi

Waiting staff and chefs were very good and friendly

Reception staff didn't seem bothered about being helpful. They tried to charge additional taxes, stating that Booking.com had the wrong rates. Had to insist they charge the rates confirmed at the time of booking.

That the staff sorted a new room for us and upgraded us to a suite, which was nice

Our first room , had brown stains all over the bath, a very damp bubbling wall, filthy handprints on the walls, windows filthy too Facilities not as paid for, no tea and coffee making facilities in room, no safe, these were brought but you shouldn't have to ask and how safe is a safe that you can carry we did not use it! Breakfast in the signature restaurant well that was a joke. The restaurant is more like a downtrodden out door cafe, very dirty and breakfast was awful, I was Ill and wanted just toast, this had to be especially ordered as they don't have a toaster out, it arrived a long time later and was stale. If you want black tea or coffee you have to order as the stuff they put out on the side already has lots of milk in it, this will take at least 15 mins to arrive even with only 8 of you in the cafe. The other cafe on site was never open and the pool was closed for maintenance a very poor show!

Het zwembad op het dak was luxe. Verder was de service prima. We konden de kamer aanhouden tot 17:00 uur, zonder extra kosten.

De lange wachttijden bij lunch/diner. We hebben makkelijk drie kwartier tot een uur op ons eten zitten wachten (tot 3 maal toe).

Innenstadtlage, ruhuge, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück
