The atmosphere. The room space can be increased a little more. It's a bit conjusted. Food taste can be even more improved.

We have had very horrible experience during our stay at Amoon. We learnt that this place is not better for a stay since it's too expensive and treating guests like a strangers. Room size is about 11' x 5' junk and lots of power cuts, frequent interruption in ac during night and No cable. Very bad response to complaints. Guest entry restricted to restaurants, bars and discotheque during our stay because hotel and their staffs pay attention to corporate team/guests. Most of the places are crowded with corporate teams. Hence privacy is gone. There were no bath towels available in pool side and had waited for more than 40 mins to get one. It's absolutely not worth for money for staying guests but great ambience and facilities no doubt for those just walk in. Morning breakfast was other horrible as being compliment, I wonder how can they call this resort as 5 star resort with the very bad quality of service. Certainly I will not recommend this to anyone to stay because of my bad experience during my stay. No doubt this is much better resort for a day get away.

The facilities like sauna, steam, swimming pool, gym, indoor stadium etc are good and we have used almost all of them and enjoyed a lot lot. The staff at the restaurant were very very pathetic, they dint treat us as guest. The food service is very very late.
