Booking was for Suite room but a club room was provided due to non availability. .

Great rooms, very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Odd rules about allowing locals to visit us in the hotel.

Only enjoyment was the two shops on site.

Hotel was very dirty and old. There was a lot of male customers so did not feel safe at all. Would never stay in the hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing strongly feel that

The ambience was good. Reception was good. Time taken to check in was much less. The staffs were courteous.

No medical facilities. I got diarrhea on the morning of 28th April, 2013 at 2 A.M. when I enquired about the medical facity at about 5 A.m I was told that the medical shop available at that time was about 8 K.M. away and they will charge me Rs.150- To get a tablet. I am really surprised that there is no first aid kit containing common drugs available for the tourists. Traveler's diarrhea is a common condition. If someone develops a hear attack what will be the fate of the visitor. Do you have any tie up with any good hospital? I was expecting some basic amenities like tooth brush, slippers, shaving kit etc. to be provided by the hotel. Surprisingly these were missing and I had to ask for them. It was mentioned in the web site that there will be a welcome kit containing basket of fruits which was missing and the staff brought it after my repeated calls and that too after I went to bed about 11 P.M.

Location - reasonably close to railway station and tourist 'attractions' Rooms reasonable size Good food.

Rooftop swimming-pool CLOSED throughout duration of my stay. (And, of course, no refund! Or even apology...) Check-in/out staff surly and inefficient. Walls thin - could hear noise from other rooms constantly, and from street. Also irritatingly loud (and unnecessary) doorbells to rooms, so you could be disturbed from right down the corridor! Mini-fridge not cold, so bottled water was tepid at best. Not pleasant. Bar and mini-bar prices v. high (for India) Overall - the worst hotel I've stayed at in India and one of the worst EVER.

Worst 5 star ever. They have 2 clubs in the hotel. Loud music bumps untill 4 am. If you want to party all night stay here. Id you want to sleep, you are better off on the side of the road.

Very pleasant service, good location, big room, comfortable bed, nice meal at restraint. Everything was perfect!

Location. Comfort. very good housekeeping means every time i left my room and came back i found that it was maintind and used tea cups etc were removed.used napkin was removed.

I did not like entry to the hotel. one it is from bask side and seecond space is really congeted. if car is parked person beinhd is stuck. Charges takeen for bus stand drop were bti on higher side.

Everything was excellent, except following, 1. Room and Bathrooms were very small. 2. View was Rubbish. following were excellent, 1. Staff and thier service 2.Food 3.House keeping Price was ok, but due to room size and view i would say not value for money.

Staff unaware of tarrifs / complimentary add ons which were clearly specified on booking confirmation These are clearly shown on the booking. Com reservation confirmation but the hotel seem to be unaware of it

The Staff is incredible, Food quality is Outstanding, right in the heart of Jaipur so you can easily reach all sightseeing, shopping areas and outings there. The charged services like cars hiring is very good with reasonable fares.

The same disadvantage I faced in other Indian cities, you must be charged for the internet connection and the prices might be higher than in many European cities if they are still charging guests for Internet usage.

The room at the hotel was definitely the main highlight of our stay. Excellent space and a very well furnished and well kept room. Though we did not use the facilities, we did walk around the hotel and found it to be well equipped.

The pricing for in room dining was by far one of biggest let downs - the meals are over priced and not up to the standard of such a hotel. I ordered soup from in room dining which tasted as though it was prepared from a ready-to-eat packet. Another shocker was the hotel's 'policy' to not permit guests to pack items from the breakfast buffet if they wish to take it on the road. Surprising, considering a 5 star chain such as Taj ensures all guests can do the same if they wish to.

The overall ambiance was great. Good food options. 4 good bars....nice disco.

Check in and check out processes are fast, staff attentive and thoughtful, room spacious and good value for money. I would also like to thank the engineering staff who helped me open my suitcase as the lock was broken during transit and my suitcase was permenantly locked. I was originally staying in Park Inn for 3 nights, but after the first night, I had to move as it just was not comfortable and the chargeable wifi was not working which was crucial to my work. So I moved to Country Inn and what a big difference it made! I enjoyed my stay in Country Inn very much, if I plan to go to Jaipur again whether for business or leisure, Country Inn will be definitely my first choice of accomodation.

Had requested a table fan as Air conditioning was not working properly, I never received it.

What I didnt like was that I already had a booking with me for a Executive Room, so as I arrived at the hotel , I was given a Deluxe room for 1 day, then I was provided a executive room until my check out which was supposed to be the 26th of April, Then I extended for 1 extra day , I was told I cannot extend as we are fully booked,now they could not throw me out so moved me to a Suite on the 7th floor, so I stayed in 3 different rooms at different floors.

Llevavamos una reserva de Booking y por desconociento del idioma,nos facturaron el doble del costo que teniamos en la reserva.Aduciendo que nosotros habiamos solicitado a la recepcionista,unas habitaciones de superior categoria.Esto lo dice el director del hotel.

a limpeza do hotel e sua localização. estivemos no HOLI e a festa ocorreu quase no portão do hotel. os empregados são muito solícitos. quarto silencioso, bem limpo e arrumado.

do restaurante. no cafe da manha, estava ok, porem para almoço ou jantar o serviço é muito lento, caro e as porções deixam a desejar. melhor comer fora do hotel.
