Excellent professional friendly staff. The fact that each staff member would greet you with "namaste" is an excellent idea, breaks down staff-guest barriers and immediately establishes a relationship. Buffet was excellent for the price. Fact that t is a newish hotel is a plus, means its bright and clean.

Only one thing but it was probably my fault. I rang up housekeeping and asked for a second dressing gown but the guy on the phone didn't understand until I said "robe". Even then it never turned up. But a minor detail.

Location. Limited food opportunities for non-vegs. Hotel taxi service is nearly double of the price of a normal taxi.

The convenience of the hotel to the airport and the fact that for a short stay it was ideal rather than travelling to more expensive hotels in the city (Taj or Park) which is where my University usually recommends staff to stay. I will certainly be recommending to the University that they use the Crown Plaza.

There were no problems at all with the hotel during my short stay and I look forward to staying longer in the future. In fact I will be back briefly at the end of my visit to India and am looking for a hotel close to the airport for a short stay - perhaps booking a room just for the day before catching my flight and though in the past I have used the Hyatt for convenience I think that this time I will try the Courtyard.

The breakfast buffet was nice - the selection was accomodating for Western and Asian types. Staff was very friendly and went our of their way for guests.

The final bill was not itemized and my Booking.com quoted price and what I was charged are far apart in price. Because the charges were not listed I have no idea what increased the cost so much - currently disputing bill with my credit card company. We were forced to pay for another night stay even after we requested an early check-in days ahead when we knew our flight would be arriving in the early morning hours - no response back from hotel which cost us a full night! Airport transport fee is almost as much as transport from South Mumbai and it is a 5-7 min trip from the airport! I do not recommend this hotel - they find 101 ways to nickel and dime you after the fact. Shame on Marriott - Hilton is a much better chain.

I like the bundle package of breakfast, snacks, freeflows of hard and softdrinks offered at the excutive launge. The staff members were all very nice and friendly.

Not a full set of toiletries provided. I personally have to call and ask for toothpaste and brush as I have accdentally forgotten. Since the hotel have it, would be nice with the full set is provided.

Internet should be free,transfer from and to airport as well.

45 minutes to check us in although rooms were pre booked in October 2012 Food was cold. Waiters advised twice, no action taken. Complained to the manager. Food heated in the microwave by which time roti had gone cold. It took them 5 hours and 3 phone calls to get a roll away bed in one of the rooms. The mattress had springs jutting out. Asked the manager to try it. Service is not up to the 5 star strandard.Too many mosquitos in the lobby and dinning area. Will not use this hotel again.

The room has a nice view and was very classy but the low were dirty. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

The swimming pool was dirty with a lot of pigeon dejections inside it. The staff was not friendly and sell us the executive pack at 1500inr for something that worths at least the half (the access to the executive lounge which provide poor food and few different kind of alcohol and the arrangement to go to the airport which is very close-5 minutes by car). The low of the room were dirty and we did not look to close to the cleanness of the room, we won't go again to this hotel and don't recommend it. We went to others luxes hotel near the Mumbai international airport which provide a definitely best value for money.

Nice spacious bathroom

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu had wide selection. The location was very good and public transport was easily available.

The hotel location is great for aitport and staff was excellent they just could not do enough for you. Comfortable bed and al other facilitties were very good.

Nice and New Hotel, great staff and value for money

Try and avoid busy periods e.g. 8am to 9am and evening 5pm till 8pm weekdays when traveling out in Taxi's as the traffic is mental!

this hotel is convenient to get to airport quickly (only 2km) so we avoid traffic...nice shower and bed...

One of front desk women in gray suits was very blunt and made me feel upset becuase even though I stood in front of her desk, she neglected me, so I asked if I could check out here. After settling payment, she did not say any single word.

Service is perfect, staff very friendly and helpfully, in general overall is comfortable and relaxing.

I have booked a spacious executive room with separate living area, when I checked in they claimed that this is wrongly mentioned on booking.com

Very clean, beautiful room with excellent facilities. Buffet breakfast had an enormous variety (including soy milk!) and was great tasting.

Minibar and pickup/dropoff airport service overpriced. 1600rp each way to airport even though only 15min drive and something like 4km.

Excellent welcome and service. Despite having some problems (not the hotels doing) the hotel management were there to help make things better. We could not ask for more!

This hotel is very practical and well located close to the airport without the feeling that you are near an airport. I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years and always feel welcome when I return. It is also a very secure hotel with high security so you can relax and feel safe. It is also located close to many business offices that I work with so perfect for my needs.

Professional staff, always happy to help, the catering is very good in particular the buffet breakfast which is extensive. The pool and gym whilst small are adequate and never busy so relaxing.

Staff was amazing - acknowledged me by name every single time - they made my stay enjoyable and I will stay again because I felt welcome and what is more important I felt they too enjoyed having my business they didn't act like it was their job to be polite!!!! Also as soon as I checked in they offered me basic internet for free - I know it is not much but I appreciated the perk and the fact that they did so as soon as I checked in so I could enjoy the facility for the entire time - I did not have to ask!

The view of my room - was overlooking slums - someone it made me feel guilty of being in my luxurious room! I requested them to have any otehr view next time I stay there ...
