Neighbourhood is disgusting and dirty, but that is nothing unusual in Delhi.
Drop off to T3 cost 300 rs - rather expensive, but comapred to the 250rs I had to pay for the couple hundred meters from the Aerocity metro station to the hotel (haggled down from 350), it does not seem too much.
The prices at the restaurant are a little high by Delhi standards, but I opted fro street food anyway, so I cannot comment on the food either.
However, these are not things that disturbed my stay, I enjoyed it altogether.
Very clean and comfortable, large room (they upgraded my booking free of charge). I had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and a bottle of drinking water in the room, slippers, good bathroom (no separated shower though). Hotel organised a drop off to T3 early in the morning at 4.30am.
WIFI was OK, though at times very slow.
I didn't have breakfast because of the early check out, cannot comment on that.
