Bed was amazing, food and drinks nice and well priced.
That I was only there for one night this trip.
I think Eros should include internet fees in the price or at least have clear communication what is charged. Anyway, I know now.
We stayed for a week to attend my son's wedding. We were well look after by everyone. The staff were very friendly and professional. We tried 2 of the restaurants and the food was very nice. Lot of different type of food at the buffet. Some international food is available if you don't like it when it is too spicy. We didn't get the dreaded Delhi belly! The spa and the girls at the hairdresser couldn't do enough for you. We upgraded to have the wifi, this also include access to the executive lounge with free tea and coffee and Happy Hour in the evening so it is I think well worth it. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
The swimming pool was cold (not heated). If you want the wifi you have to upgrade.
The staff were very friendly and helpful above and beyond the call of duty - special mention to Roopa on the front desk who hennaed my hands for a special night out - in her own time! I also needed a doctor and they arranged all this very quickly and efficiently!
The only thing I didn't like was that the executive lounge shut at 8.30pm - 9.30pm would be better! But Harrish was such a delightful and helpful guy he made my time there very pleasant! Nothing was too much trouble for him! Downstairs dining room for breakfast was a bit chaotic - I preferred to take my breakfast in the Executive lounge.
Noise from surrounded areas should not penetrate the room. Bird drops are all over window areas. Windows need to be cleaned more often.
Internet had to be paid ( price far too much ), AC did not worked well - so sleeping was not OK , cleaning of the rooms must be better , towels did not dry , so all in all not a very good record for the hotel.
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. The beds, and pillows were beautifully comfortable. The Cocktail and wine service in the club lounge was a great way to relax over the evening.
I can honestly say I was very happy with this hotel and its location. I loved my suite and expecially loved the bed. The service from all the staff was also excellent. Many thanks to all of them..
An excellent gym and pool. Luxury hotel but far more expensive through the massive taxes added to a reasonable room rate.
All the additional taxes such as Luxury tax, service taxes, vat taxes at 20% on beverages made our stay expensive
We booked 2 king rooms and for the first night there were problems with both rooms which we notified to the hotel. As the hotel was completely full, they couldn't change our rooms, but the following day, gave us 2 executive rooms for the same price. Was very impressed with the front desk staff who went out of their way to rectify the situation.
Breakfast was excellent and my only complaint was regarding the coffee which is made individually. Normally took 15 minutes to get one and that is asking at least 3 or 4 times. Not good when you need to get to a business appointment. They need a system used by most other large hotels where staff walk around the tables with pots of tea and coffee, so guests cups can be filled as required.
It's mega comfy. Staff are just right, on hand, friendly but not over the top. Actually my fave hotel in Delhi and one my faves in the world. Ask for a room with lotus temple view.
Pool could do with a refurb. Annoying card operated lifts.
a bit too quiet and too empty; empty restaurants do not encourage you to go in.
Bed was really comfortable AC perfect Staff very helpful Exterior of building lets the hotel down. Interior has changed little in 13+ years, but is very clean/ well maintained
Club Room: wine choice was pathetic. Food was not was not a choice & bathrooms were not clean- someone had shaved i one. However, location is great and it could be really good. It lets the hotel down.
Room size, bed size & cleanness is very good.
The tarriff is high and room service ,restaurant is very expensive.
Nothing much to complain as such.. Good place to stay.. very close to the Nehru Place Metro Station.... Decent Food Joints in the Food court Epicure in the Metro Station.... Good breakfast though did not try food at other times...
As mentioned things are generally fine.. However found that there is no power in the power socket when the key is removed from the master switch. On account of this found it difficult to leave the mobiles behind for charging whenever had to leave the room. Have found this facility in most of the hotels across the globe and feel the power sockets must not be connected to the master switch for this purpose. This has to be looked into seriously.
The housekeeping department was on top of their game.
Nothing for kids. I like to bring my child around on my business trips but was greatly disappointed since there was not even a play room or play area for kids. We paid extra for the executive lounge but once again were disappointed since they were very stingy with food. Total waste of money. The wifi is expensive as well and shame on the hotel for charging extra where as even three star hotels in Delhi give it away for free
It would nice to include breakfast & WiFi in the price.
Breakfast & WiFi too expensive
Front desk reception people not expert I have complained that Restaurant people they charge wrong post break fast bill but i pay bill they can not return my paid money.
friendly staff, good food, clean rooms and nice atmosphere
tax are added at the end and substantial, so the price is higher than it seems.
Reasonably comfortable stay , nice clean rooms , Good breakfast buffet with adequate variety
Really good location Very clean Staff very helpful
Slightly chaotic breakfast arrangements!
location, staff, breakfast and room.
quite expensive especially beverages!
-Modern, well-equipped rooms. I had expected it to be an old hotel with old rooms based on some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to see the rooms were very well equipped and had modern fittings -Staff was couteous and responsive
-Concierge was unable to locate a building that was right across the hotel
This hotel I found to be outstanding in pretty much every way, it oozed luxury and all of the staff were helpful, polite and well mannered. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again when I next return to Delhi.
Does not feel like a 5 Star hotel. Lift is creaky, rooms are just about OK
