very nice and helpful staff, localization very close to the New Delhi station, the noise is bearable as long as you have the room at the side opposite to the street internet did not work most of the time (they had some technical problems, they could not deal with) |

The room was quite big (Executive Single Room), and the bed was huge. It was cleaned every day. The staff was kind and fulfilled all my requests. The hotel is on a busy street, and at the beginning I found it very noisy - later got used to it. The picture on the website I think is of the hotel - as it is situated on the upper floors of the building, so the picture shows only the upper floors :) It takes about 15-20 mins to get your breakfast after ordering - once you know it, it is quite predictable. |

This hotel was noisey & terrible. When I asked for anything, they advised me it would be 5 minutes & I never got it. The area is terrible & no one can find it. |

Very friendly and well organized management and staff The photo I saw on your website from the outside of the hotel was not of this hotel.Also breakfast was in the room. The location was a bit messy, but I knew this on forehand. The hotel itself was very good |

gratis internet, maar zeer trage verbinding Op site staat dat American Express wordt geaccepteerd. Bij betaling kon ik niet afrekenen met American Express. |

Internet verbinding, vriendelijke mensen Moeizaamheid bij het organiseren van een taxi, duurde erg lang. Niet echt ' hands-on'. Uiteindelijk hadden ze een taxi geregeld en die was zeer prettig en correct. Kamers waren schoon, alleen had beddegoed schoner kunnen zijn. |
