I loved how clean the hotel is and how quiet and sufficient it was. It felt really good coming back after a long day to rest in a clean hotel
Location was ok for me but the thing was that the taxi drivers didn't exactly know where it was located. I advise everyone to get an offline map app or purchase data there so that they can direct the drivers. It helped a lot!!!
Bedsheet was not changes during my entire stay.
Fern Mumbai Provide Excellent Quality Of Rooms And Service To Guest And Food in Breakfast Also.
Ambience,food ,comfort of the room.
Staff need to be more responsive Cleaning of room to be more regular ( despite asking the cleaning the room , he did not respond till I checked out) Breakfast lounge needs more space.
Rooms, staff and breakfast.
surcharge for eating at the club !!
Good location for my purpose, Prompt attention & kind staff. Decent breakfast. Quality and clean toiletries. Access to Acres Club facilities,
Beautiful hotel very helpful staff good choice of breakfast n lovely room wifi good
Location - an hour by cab to get into town
I did not like bed. It caused back ache for me
Acres club is wonderful for working out, and the quality of the rooms is great. Staff are diligent but short on experience.
The breakfast spread was poor. It seems the hotel wanted to check the boxes for the items to place in the breakfast buffet but they had not thought about the quality / healthiness / taste of things. Getting breakfast tables is an issue - and nearly on all the 4 days I stayed at the hotel, many of the trays in the breakfast spread were empty - and the hotel staff would not notice them unless someone pointed it out. I wish the hotel would choose a smaller spread of better quality, and create more seating space.
its location, its too much of a commute.
The design and aesthetics of the room were great. The location, though a tad disadvantageous, was peaceful and was more than compensated by the free access to the adjoining club 'The Acres'. With the easing of the traffic in Chembur due to recent developments, The Fern Residency makes great sense for travelers looking to stay for work at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
The breakfast spread could have been better in terms of taste and variety.
Good interior New hotel
Very congested lobby.. very poor internet.. not accessible from room... had to got lobby for internet...
Pool closed from 11am till 15 pm. On breakfast - no yogurts
The staff are so nice, hey accommodated for early check-in, late check-out and also changing of booking!
Food is not good for a four stars hotel
Attitude and courtesy of employees.
Proper parking place for guests staying overnight.
good modern hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. 3rd visit and plan more here
not city centre but access easy
The prompt attention from staff for our requests. Cleanliness. Quality food
Great friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Really good food.
Not located very well. Very far from tourist attractions. Not easily found by taxi drivers.
Its a nice small hotel in Chembur. Nothing much around the hotel. Its a fairly new hotel so clean and good looking. Breakfast was decent too. There is a club attached to the hotel too and a bowling alley which we dint visit... so I guess value for money.
The beds were so lightweight that even when I took backrest while sitting it moved in the front with my small weight!
Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. The proximity to monorail station was really good.
Had a problem with the room reservation. They told that reservation was not available from booking.com. But they arranged another room within 15 minutes. Its little bit far from the main city and its takes some time to reach the airport due to traffic.
Hotel is like an oasis in the middle of noisy and crowded Mumbai. Very clean, comfortable boutique hotel. A very good restaurant serving many Indian dishes as well as other international cuisines. Food was great and tasty. Breakfast was OK; one may certainly find enough varieties of food to start his day. Guests may use the wellness center next to the hotel free of charge. Hotel provides a city tour upon request for certain fee. We took it and it was OK to get an understanding of the city.
Traffic in Mumbai makes almost anywhere inaccessible. This is not the hotel's fault. It took 2 hours from the airport to the hotel by taxi during evening rush hour. On our return it was midnight and we covered the same route in 20 minutes.
This was the calmest place in Mumbai. Staff, attitude, location, ambience - positive. We could get there perfect rest before we start another day of exploring the city! We took rickshaw to Kurla station and then local train to any point of the city and walked. Otherwise, we could ask for taxi and enjoy traffic jam. Small tip: ask for amazing plain dosa / masala dosa when having breakfast instead of boring omelet and enjoy this delicious hot Indian pancake they make.
Not much to complain about, really. The hotel is amazing. But if to mention, wi-fi signal was weak in the room, you had to come to the lobby to get it. On the other hand, it was free for any two devices. Ask for the password when checking in. Oh, and remember this thing about all Indian hotels: they do not add all the taxes to the price here. Expect to pay 20% more on the room in every hotel due to government taxes, service taxes and "luxury taxes" (depends on room prices). I have never seen so many taxes in other countries. You never know how much exactly you will pay (same with restaurants).
Staff went out of their way to be helpful, including fixing Wi-Fi authorization problems and helping with directions. Nice to be able to use the Acres Club next door and feel like a part of Mumbai high society. Everything was perfectly clean and in working order.
I like staying in real, not touristy neighborhoods, but if you want to be close to "sights", this isn't the place for you. But to me, more interesting than sights are real life, and a 20-minute walk away is a huge night market, close to Chembur Station.
