The hotel has good location not fare from the New Delhi center, there is night market nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be more varied but the minimum is enough. We spent there three nights and were satisfied with everything . We took a driver for three days after Stay in Delhi to visit Agra and Jaipur, perfect attitude and reasonable price. Special thanks for that .

location is not great. but you can take tuk tuk every where

The only one comfort is the position in the area of karol bagh.

The idea that is always possibile to gain money from turists. For example, they wanted to charge three times more the price for a taxi to the airport, even if we just ask to call a normal taxi.

Very clean modern hotel in the heart of Karol Bagh. Easy to get transport to the sights of Delhi. Very helpful staff who were able to help (and even pick up) when in need of medication. Offering a safe, air conditioned haven from the hustle and bustle of overwhelming Delhi. TV was fantastic as we were able to stay abreast of the recent Olympics whilst away from home! Brilliant staff, would recommend to friends and family!

Very small dining room, felt a bit intimate at times, but offering a good menu, although a little pricy. Planning to use the laundry service, it was also overpriced, as prices were per item, making it costly to wash a 'load'.

Wir besuchten dieses Hotel am 9. und 10.3.2013 sowie nach unserer Rundreise nochmals am 20.3.2013. Dieses Hotel verdient eine beste Empfehlung. Die elegante Einrichtung der Zimmer sowie des Bads lässt keine Wünsche offen. Erstaunlich, dass dies zu einem so günstigen Preis möglich ist. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem einfachen Viertel mit Kleinhändlern und Reparaturwerkstätten, aber wenig Restaurants. Das Restaurant des Hotels hat aber 24 Stunden offen und ist sehr ok. Ok.

La chambre confortable est très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Les serviettes de toilettes et les draps sont changés tous les jours. Le personnel est serviable et attentionné. Très bon petit-déjeuner. C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournions à l'hôtel Florence et nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain voyage à Delhi.

Wifi payant

Nous avons passé un trés agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Ce petit hôtel est propre, la chambre est grande et bien équipée, le personnel est attentif, le petit-déjeuner et les repas sont bons. L'hôtel est trés bien situé pour la visite de tous les sites de Dehli. Il est facile de prendre le métro (environ 1km à pieds dans un quartier commerçant trés animé) ou un tuc-tuc (pas cher du tout) aux pieds de l'hôtel lorsqu'on ne veut pas marcher.

Ce qui est le plus étonnant, pour cet hôtel assez moderne, c'est qu'il n'y a pas le Wifi en libre service. Il faut acheter des coupons (1 par personne) qui ne fonctionnent au maximum que 24h. De plus, nous avons rencontré à deux reprises des problèmes avec les codes. On pense que les gens seraient près à payer une facture un peu plus élevées pour avoir la possibilité de se connecter plus facilement sur Internet. Nous y avons séjourné début février et il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre. C'est peut-être un problème de circulation de l'air, car dehors il faisait plus chaud qu'à l'intérieur.

ホテルマンが親切だった。

朝ごはんがバイキング式ですが、レパートリーが少なかった。 まーけっとが近いからか、夕方になると前の道路が渋滞になってしまうので、 予定通りに動けない場合もあった。

Det var långt ifrån vad jag väntade mig, så jag blev så överraskad! jätte modernt och stor rum. Ligger inte från Karohl Bagh markanden och metro stationen. personalen var super trevlig och hjälpsam.
