The hotel had 2 pools and the smaller pool was good for our toddlers. The grounds are very large with space to run around. The hotel is walking distance to shops and market. The staff were very freindly and the breakfast buffet was good. Room service was very cheap.

The bed was very hard. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Professional staff however could come/attempt to be friendly

Dated hotel. Fixtures were ok but very dated. Main restaurant food was ok but area looked dingy and old

Liked the most - staff having a great signifance with their hotel name & hospitality industry. Well qualified & trained corteous employees,welcoming all guests with a smile.

They provide discounts either thru booking.com or as a parent,which I feel should actually be a combo of both, I.e - total % should be increased on the total bill, say 25% to 30%, on the whole. We stayed in an Executive Room which had all facilities looking onto garden. The cars supplied by the hotel were a little old and tatty but were excellent value We would stay again

We could not get in the Restaurant Indian Sparkling Wine or Kingfisher Beers!!! Despite asking the management nothing was resolved. Waiters did not seem to understand our requirements although they nodded and said they did.

Very friendly and professional staff.very good ambience.clean and spacious rooms.good location .

Room locks needs to be checked frequently.A/C filter was not working in one of our rooms.However,the staff responded very promptly.

Food is atrocious. Even the local food was bad in room service. Even found the label of the supplier of the Local bread "Roti" with a price tag on it. it was bad quality too. Buffet breakfast is very average.

We stayed over Christmas and New Year. Very welcoming. Staff very efficient. Lovely reception area.

Perhaps some re-decoration of general areas. Towels and bed linen changed as we wished but they are looking grey and discoloured, need replacing.

Sensitive service by all !!

Internet tariff could be bult in and given as complimentary to everyone .. .like all hotels do now !

Very clean and nice room. The included breakfast buffet is nice too.
