Our bathroom shower leaked into the whole bathroom and the linen was old and worn out.

Food is very expensive and toilet is very small and too much security formalities which irritates and spoil the mood of visitors

The catering staff were very friendly. The pool side area was very relaxing and the pool was refreshing. The room was clean and comfortable.

The key to the room would never work in the lift or the room and I regularly had to go back to the reception for the coding to be done. The cost of the internet was high compared to other hotels I had stayed in over India.

Nice rooms, good bedding.

Noisy until late at night. I heard chairs being move from the restaurant upstairs loudly until 12:30. Noises from the corridor carried easily in the room as there is an almost 1 cm gap at the bottom of the door. Too loud for the price.

The staff - from front desk to cleaners and other services - all polite and willing to help.

Shower cabin's water overflow from the small gap below the door, flooding the bathroom Evident display of tip request by the main door man Complimentary fruit basket had to be ordered on the days of my stay, rather than being brought in routinely. A/C panel in the room was quirky!! Toilet exhaust didn't seem to operate efficiently The extra bed in our room didn't help me sleep throughout the night, as it contained something organic (insects, bed lice) or inorganic (allergens). Gave me an irate sleep. Next morning returned the bed. It would be helpful to display the total reservation amount along with the "applicable taxes" on booking.com on confirmation. Most of us get robbed by the hotel while checking out with a list of taxes unheard of before. It shirks all the enjoyment we had whilst our stay in the hotel.

The Hotel is nice and new the staff were very friendly the food was nice, my room was jonior suite and was nice, everything is fine

The simplicity yet opulence of the hotel as well one of the most friendly staff.

The gym did not have a remote for Ac and hence I had to exercise in extremely warm conditions. Further if there is double occupancy two sets of keys should be given to the guest as the lifts also require the room key.

Food was very spicy and lacked variety. The Oriental restaurant disappointed us. Staff were not very helpful, requested items were not sent up to the room. We asked for a small amount of milk for tea but were sent a big flask, the charge for which left a bitter taste; lack of common sense. There was also a lot of noise from within the hotel; loud conversations, children playing in the corridors and furniture being dragged on the floor above.

Musique continue dans les couloirs et tous les endroits communs de l'hôtel, c'est assez insupportable. Internet payant, ce qui est exagéré.

hotel de très grand confort, au personnel très agréable. les chambres sont très spacieuses, très bien équipées. il faut demander les chambres sur l'avenue, avec vue sur le parc et le palais
