When I arrived I was told that there was no rooms available. I showed them the e-mail they had sent 24 hours before I arrived and they denied sending it. I was treated very badly and taken to another hotel 5 minutes drive away that turned out to be cheaper. Because it was opposite a huge transport yard.

员工的服务态度很好 噪音比较大，有待改善。走廊和电梯有很浓的油漆味。

Peacefull ambience, and centrally located. Check in at the hotel took almost an hour, only 1 personel at the reception. The spa as they said was under maintenance. House keeping was clueless- I asked for drinking water 3 times at night but ?. Wouldn't grade it as 4****.

Location was good and convinient. Front desk / checkin was helpful. Unfortunately the stay at Fortune didnot turn out as we expected. Some reasons why. 1. One of the rooms had a strong odor of garlic. Apprared it was coming from the sink. 2. Cockroaches ! 3. could not make the tv sound work. It was late and we did not bother calling about it. Could be a non issue. For the money charged, it was really not worth it. We had a choice between four points sheraton and this hotel. But I chose this. I am unlikely to choose the hotel in the future.
