I had an executive corner room with the most spectacular views overlooking the Ganges from both picture windows. The room was large well appointed clean, very comfortable and totally private. The staff are delightful and the restaurant has the same stunning view and a good breakfast and OK food for lunch and dinner. Laxman Jhula bridge where all the action is is a short walk away. They also have a massage facility in the Hotel which was pretty good. I extended my stay as I was so content there. Nothing really.

This hotel is just outstanding by all point of view! Its very clean everythere in hotel. The view from balcony to turquoise Ganges river is sooo magnetic! I really so much appreciate all managers for their great service, kindness and quike help in any demand! And a special thanks to General Manager Manish! I cutted my arm rather seriously and he took me very fast by his car to the best doctor, contolled and explained everything in hospital, made it very fast so i didn't wait a second inside a Hospital and took me back. If i stayed in other hotel who knows what would be with my arm. So,i highly recomend you to stay here! nothing really.

Location close to Laxman Jula is very convenient, having an italian pizza caffee was also very nice because it takes just a couple of minutes to get there (not earlier than 10 am). Personnell is friendly and perform their job fast and in a friendly manner. We were kindly offered a room on higher floor after first 2 days of our stay with access to terrace and view to mother Ganga. Restaurant is more or less ok. Internet works well. Noisy road. There were several breaks down of electricity but for short time. In restaurant forks and spoons were not clean, so we had to clean them with our own napkins - black dust!

The Ganga view from balcony was great. 1. Food was bad and overpriced. 2. Hotel staff very reluctant to serve food. Even after repeated reminder they did not serve food in room. 3. Internet does not work, front office guy did not have have any idea about the password. 4. The hotel has no parking space. car has to be parked at the roadside. Expect monkeys to party on your car.

Location of the hotel is good on the way to Laskhman Jhulla. It also give you a good view of holy Ganga river. Staff is well behaved. Room size has been compromised, they are really small. 1 ton A/C is non-effective in day time summers and you constantly get a feeling that its hot here. If you are travelling form a metro then 14" color TV make you realise that you have come to a semi urban location again. It was not a value for money hotel, 1500 charged were more than a fair price for this kind of hotel. Food was OK.

The only thing I liked was their reception which was well overlooked. Try to look after your guest as well. There was no parking in the hotel. The car has to be parked outside on the roadside. As the hotel is situated on a busy turn there is always a traffic jam. The room size was very small. The food quality was very low. But the worse thing was the attitude of the staff and the location. The prices of the hotel is also very high.
