Rickshaw service Reception service Friendly drivers and security staff No free WiFi, Loud noises at all times of the day, rooms are not sound proof. Breakfast service was extremely slow, poorly trained staff, waited 25 minutes for ommelette which never arrived. Room service for deserts took 15. This is a 5 star rated hotel, I expected better.

The staff were not well trained and many were disrespectful. It did not feel like a 5 star hotel at all.
