No room service and other receation activities. Was a utter bore

No non-sense basic facilities

Would have been better if fridge had contained some snacks and drinks, as we had nothing to eat when we landed late in night. It could have been paid items, with payment being due at check-out. Also morning breakfast should by-default be included in the stay, which was not the case and we were not even told during about it either way.

Place was clean, but AirConditioning malfunctioned. Skeletal Staff , but polite . Billing confusion Food Court Ok, but flies and persons handled food with bare hands at some counters.Food spicy but tastey Flies were plenty(the entire city was ...)

Horrifying experience. Nobody should to take the risk

Its a horrible experience of my life time. No Room Service No WIFi Not even Water they can serve, when asked they tell you to go & fill from the Pantry. No Restaurant Horrible Location It seems every thing is outsourced I think TATA's shouldn't do this line of Budget Hotel business.

Internal taxi arrangements by Ginger hotel reception was very expensive compare to outside Taxis. I was charged Rs 600 from Airport to Ginger hotel by Airport arranged taxi service. Whereas Hotel arranged taxi service charged me Rs 1300. Not sure, why they have to advertise such an expensive operator in every corner of the hotel. In Bath room there is no water flow. Eventually, we had to stand on dirty water while taking shower. Air con was not efficient.

The first thing that stands out for ginger is that you get value for money. For a solo traveler it serves the purpose quite well. Rooms are quite clean and well maintained.

There is a convenience store at the hotel but it runs out of stock of basic toiletries. Since the hotel doesn't provide any, it is a bit of a hassle as there are no shops nearby.
