Facilities - the centralised air conditioners were not working. The rooms do not have fans and the windows are fixed and cannot be opened. So you are left in a suffocating room. Pathetic. When requested for reduction in the tariff for non provision of Aircondition facility the staff and the management flatly refused. This is nothing but cheating. Further as I was a handicapped person I was tired on reaching the hotel. Though I had booked the room earlier I was asked to wait for almost 45 minutes. When I was waiting I noticed that this was the case with every new guest.

Good sized room - we chose an executive room and had lots of space. The room was very modern with many facilities available. Check was based upon 24 hours saty per day so we had an automatic late check out - kore hotels could do this please. Excleelnt meals in the top floor restauarant and very good for lunch as well as dinner. Breakfast was first class. City tour organised by hotel travel depatrtment was excellent and good value

Room was very clean but a little musty - otherwise all ok We travelled thjorugh Mangalore on our way to a wedding and stayed one day on the way back - plenty to see for a day trip with the tour

Very attentive staff in the Indian restaurant and good b/f spread.

Smiling Staff, Clean envirement, Best Food, Big Rooms with accessories, Big tv Screen to watch Cricket Matches at Out Doors, near the Shopping Mall,

Central a/c System is to be periodically maintained and kept in top condition. Central a/c for Room No.508 Was not working properly, in spite of attendance by Technician. At least one of the Telephone in the Room shall have to be provided with Number Cards for quick reference..

We both like it very much The hospitality, co-operation except the transportation though arranged by the Manager himself on high fee. Thanks.

Booking .Com Mail reaches the hotel very late . I was made to stay in reception due to delay in Mail from Booking .com. any way room was given & staff was Co-oprative

over all stay was comfortable.

The charges seems to be very high for a hotel with same standard.

the pub was under renovation. The swimming pool seems to be closed. the lounge/sofa in the room was not comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were very cordial and friendly. The restaurent are good.

The bathrooms did not have Shampoo & bath liquid.

Stayed for one night, food were not to the standard and doesn't worth for the money. Staff is the most excellent things to mention.

Have been staying regularly at the hotel. However, the rooms were ordinarily maintained this time. No towels (had to ask for it), ac not working during the day. Atleast two litres of water be provided in the room and adequate tea bags and milk powder packets..at least four.

Usually my experience has been good and that is why I have been going there.

The staff are very friendly, serves good food and best location for shopping. But has electricity or blackout problem very oftenly.

Good hotel,most convenient location,superb food,very friendly staff,they really want you to come back to them.negative's are 1. Bar is claustrophobic 2.disturbances due to air horns from the road.

Was at the restaurent for buffet breakfast at 7 am after confirming timing from reception earlier night but was greeted by empty buffet racks!!! Managed to get only cut fruits and tea for breakfast as I had to leave hotel by 7.30 am.

Not quite upto the standard of uk and European 4 star hotels, but good and attentive staff, nice rooms, and clean. Some of the public spaces and rooms a bit tired, in need of updating, but a good hotel for Mangalore
