Hotel Grace  

The staff was friendly and helpful; the location near the railway station was convenient; they do not have a restaurant, but do have a room service, and food was good and well prepared.

As usual, problems with hot water...

I liked this hotel. Staff were professional and a good place to stay overnight on the way somewhere else.

Warmer in room. I travelled in January and at this time in India very cold.

The trains in India always delay. And I asked staff call to train station and know information about my train. I didn't see how staff call to train station. When I came on reseption I got answer "your train will be on time".When I arrived to train station (it take me 5 min) I saw that my train delayed for 3 hours! I lost time! And I had to sit in train station while I can walk around town.

Very clean. Know how to satisfy foreigners

Excellent service! Very polite and helpful staff, delicious food, delivered to room in max. 20-30 min. Very clean room and toilet. Quick check in/out. Walking distance from train station, good location to grab a taxi/riksza.

Air conditioning is a bit noise. We found a small lizard around window... When we informed reception about it, they send someone to sort it in 3 sec :)

месторасположение не очень удачное...ни то что магазинов рядом, фонарей на улице нет!!!

не было горячей воды нет своего ресторана персонал тормозит расположение под мостом далеко от форта

Un peu loin du Fort (il faut une voiture/taxi) Manque d'informations pour visiter la ville

je voyage toujours avec booking mais cet hotel est minable,electricite dangereuse,eau froide,pas de salle pour pt dejeuner,salete des vitres ,coulees de peinture,tres vetuste...a eviter

Good location, near railway station, but situated in very quiet area. Good morning staff and very helpful.

Some of night staffs are weird, very difficult to talk with, one thing, I stayed at first 2 night without blanket sheet and no cleaning until last night, there came blanket sheet and room was cleaned.I did not asked for those things, because I didn't know. But for the price and location it is very good. strongly recommend. Compare with HOTEL NEW BENGAL in MUMBAI, very cheat, very dishonest, I wrote frankly negative reviews to them via Booking.com. What they did, they told booking.com that I did not stay in their hotel.Which means my review can not be shown And you have to pay more than the booking.com 's price, dirty, noisy, bad smell, impolite and very unkind staff. I am sorry for hotel grace that I use your page to express the opinion about HOTEL NEW BENGAL in MUMBAI I hope there will be useful for other travelers. Thank you.

Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Grace hotel. Fantastik personal och väldigt god mat. Ett mycket prisvärt hotell, mycket bättre än andra hotell i denna prisklass.

very service minded, the owner almost forced us to get a free welcome drink. location is very close to the train station.
