rooms were clean, rooms service staff friendly, delicious room service food, it wasnt too noisy here...could sleep peacefully, friendly and helpfull staff |

The room was confortable but during our stay it was very cold in Delhi and we requested extra blankets which we duly received some sort of heating would be beneficial. The area the hotel was situated in was very busy with motor bike repair and car registration plate garage directly opposite. It was impossible to go out at night due to the environment mostly young men and I did not feel particularly comfortable walking around looking for somewhere to eat. |

yes, the manager and the staff are friendly and arrange travel around the city and Agra I stayed from 11-12/1/09.Room is clean, value for money for budget hotel |

I agree with other positive reviews of this hotel. Mr Madan Pai is a manger who has the place running very efficiently and he offers great services - booking other hotels, train tickets, cricket matches, transfers and more. He only books what you want to do and only takes a reasonable, or sometimes nil, commission. |

The staff was very courteous and helpful. One of the guys took me to the post office to post a package, which was an experience itself as it had to be packaged up first. Hotel is a nice little oasis of quiet in an interesting, busy neighborhood. Excellent for the price. Hotel staff attentive, professional and friendly enough to work at a 4-star. I'll go back. No, the whole experience was positive. |

Hjälpsamma med ombokningar och transporter till sevärdheter, järnvägsstation och flygplats. Naftalindoften (kanske ett nödvändigt ont för att hålla kackerlackor borta). Ljudet utifrån gatan påträngande (men avtog mot natten) |

For the conditions in India it is reasonably clean hotel with friendly personal. Breakfast is very poor, there is no tea kettle on the room. Stream of hot water is for 10 min only. |

L'hôtel est très mal situé. La photo de l'hôtel sur votre site ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité. Il y a beaucoup de bruit autour de l'hôtel. |

Nous avons aimé la grande disponibilité du personnel et de sa direction pour résoudre les petites difficultés. La proximité d'une station de métro a permis de se déplacer aisément dans Delhi. L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas suffisamment précis sur le site : les conducteurs ne trouvent pas directement. Il faut préciser : Enter Arya Samar Road wich is opposite to 108 feet tall Lord Hanuman Statue and take first right turn. |
