The location is perfect, not too far from the airport and best for shopping as is right in the heart of huge Citywalk shopping centre.
Room size, bed, facilities within and outside the room.
Being charged a 'service charge' when I ordered a drink at the bar in person!! Diabolical.
Front office Staff Service is bad Hotel is not value for money Rundown look Needs refurbishment badly Food is average at best
Everything was perfect
1.The mall near by
1.The staff are so rude 2.The so called Manageress was actually grinding her teeth when I asked her a simple question. 3.It seems like they dont like you to do your bookings through Bookings.com 4.They asked me for my credit card just for a imprint but lied and took off three times the amount I was supposed to pay It was my second stop in India and I was left without spending because of the card. 3.It says they a 4 star but my scrub rags looked better then there towels they were actually black in color. 4.the hotel is very far from the airport and it was really not worth staying there. 5.Will never recommend it to family and friends.
very well located hotel in a safe area! helpful and friendly staff and a great room. we loved the comfortable beds and also the wifi worked perfectly fine and was faster than the ones we had during our trip so far. two bottles of water were included every day. btw: the malls are open every day until 23.00h! and if you don't feel comfortable walking down the road to the metro station, take a tuktuk for 40 rs. there are plenty of them in front of the mall.
Our primary concern in Delhi was safety, as we were two young women appropriately scared by news of rape and muggings. However, Hilton's proximity to DLF mall in Saket gives easy access to entertainment (cinemas) and shopping, even if you'd like to venture out after 9pm when most outdoor shopping areas are closed. With classic Hilton hospitality and lovely spacious rooms, we spent our stay in comfort and quite safely.
The food, n n the location, was good,
The tarrif, was overpriced,n the property is not what as expected,
very far from airport
Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and helpful.
Some staff appeared overworked and stressed.
the food was awesome, had veg seek kebab
The staff is what made all the difference. They were extremely kind and efficient.
Very bad reception and restaurant not up to standard And only one
We loved our stay. It was a great get-away from the buzz of Delhi.
It was all good.
SOME of the staff were nice, but not all of them.
We did not like the fact that the tour desk insisted that we pay part of the rate in cash. We had many problems because of this and feel that we were overcharged. It left us with a bad feeling as we were told that the entire amount could not be put on the hotel bill--strange. Our guide showed up late and then insisted on a breakfast break.
Responsive service, good location
WiFi, The lobby
Very central ...in Saket Easy communication with rest of the City Friendly staff
very comfortable by all means and clean, next to 2 shopping malls, perfect to kill time. In room dining is diverse.
Wifi is restricted to 3 devices only, breakfast could be boring, staff in the restaurant are kind but sometimes are annoying as they follow you like your shadow.
The front desk was very bad. They needed a photo id when we gave PAN card for my wife they insisted that they need address proof after mine was given. When we said that i will get the same by mail they said they can't check us in until the same is provided. This was inspite me being a Hilton Honors member. No room key was provided till late night due to software issues
Is attach to the mall In the center on south est delhi The bed and oillows are excellent
Wi Fi and the swimming pool was not so clean
I have stayed here for the last 4 years with my Mum (who is lovingly rather fussy) and cannot fault any of our stays or service. The location is great with malls and restaurants and cinema at your doorstep; janpath / CP are only about 30 mins away and South Ex is closer for other shopping. The breakfast at Tides grill is always something mum and I look forward to, and we generally have dinner at the hotel at least once during our stay - although the restaurant can appear quiet in the evenings the food is excellent. The staff are great and attentive without being overbearing - have just the right balance of allowing privacy but providing an excellent service. The free wifi is definitely a plus and works all over the hotel. The fitness centre and business centre are good too - I haven't used the pool but it looks alright! All in all it is good value for money compared with some of the other hotels in Delhi where you get similar services at double the price. Especially for female travellers, it takes out the headache of having to get taxis everywhere as there are so many options in and around the area.
The only negative which isn't really a negative is that I think the bathrooms could do with an ever so slight update - but even so they are clean, functional and I wouldn't complain about them! Also, I suppose if travellers are looking for a more authentic "in the middle of things" delhi experience they may be disappointed as everything is quite cosmopolitan and metro, but in my experience this is quite refreshing after a hard day's sightseeing.
Clean atmosphere, Good Meal, Polite Staff, Absence of Noise.
Predictable Buffet Breakfast, TV not crystal clear and Rather expensive laundry.
Service was poor. Food less than average. Hotel not up to Hilton standards in anyway. Very disappointing!
