Fungus in fresh bread. Not the hotel's fault though:) Needed a king sized bed but managed by joining and keeping the child in the middle.
Being undisturbed and good sized rooms especially if you are with one child. Friendly staff. Ironing board and iron box a great plus!

- Wifi was a pain at first, but they changed the system during my stay. After the change, it worked like a charm
- My fourth stay, and I've never been disappointed - Good breakfast - Friendly and discreet staff - Nice, large, and super clean rooms - Small scale and personal service - Hotel manager accompanied me to the hospital when I had a small accident

arrived to breakfast a bit on the late side and the pickings were a bit slim
particularly like the easy access to the metro, fast internet connection, cleanliness of room, helpfulness of staff

Cant think of anything right now.
Its location and ease of access.

- Staff wasn't always friendly and sometimes annoyed. We tried to arrange an extra room for family who would come over, this eventually let to hours of communication and at the end they still messed it up causing our family who just had a 15 hours flight to wait for couple of hours for check in. - Shower does have hot water, but it is so limited water and the bathroom is too cold since it has a small window which can't be closed. - Still quite expensive, we found far better price/quality hotels in Delhi but I think you pay a lot for the location.
- location really is great, close to metro and felt like a safe environment - some rooms were really big and neat. Do ask for a bigger room if available. - breakfast is ok

I liked the hotel a lot. I came with my wife here for spending one night while travelling to my residence due to having some work in delhi. I stayed many hotels in delhi before also, but this one is awesome... specially the ambience, location and staffs

The services, location and facilities are excellent. Mr. Pawan Thakur at reception helped us a lot. He is very friendly and professional rendering the services. He even solved our mobile problem. Also, Mr. Santee Kausnik, Mr. Parveen, and Mr. Gopal were very helpful and friendly. The two minute walk from the hotel to Greater Kailash metro station is convenient to explore Delhi. Dr. Somboon and Nantika Sungoonshorn

Comfortable bed, instant hot water. A delicious cup of masala tea on arrival. They book our train tickets in advance of our stay and we could exchange money.

Location is not very good for sightseeing. It could take long time to reach sightseeing spots. If you take metro, it should be OK. Internet is a big problem as others mention. I spent a lot of time to get connected. Staff are very helpful though.
Room is large, food is excellent at reasonable prices. Kind staff.

No comments. There was nothing that I didn't like.
Everything. The staff is so kind. Two people at the reception, one guy is lefty and the other one's name is Praveen. They are so helpful and kind. I never for a second felt that I am not at my home. Everything was so welcoming and don't miss the food. Tandoori chicken, dal makhani.. Gosh! I am going to this place again soooooooon. 100% recommended. And second floor rocks :)

Wi-Fi : They provide with Tata Docomo scratch card having validity of 1 to 7 days. Somehow my experience with their wi-fi was not that great. Connectivity dropped frequently in my case. Delay in serving food : It took minimum 30 minutes in every case from placing order to serving food on the table. May be it was becasue they cooked to order to keep food hot and fresh each time.
Room : We (Me, my wife and our 10 years old daughter) stayed for six nights. We picked a Super Deluxe room. It was nicely arranged and very clean and was specious enough for us. Our room (Room No.110) had a common balcony, which was an additional advantage. It had LCD TV and the AC worked very well. Bathroom was very clean. It was small but well arrange. Food : Complimentary buffet breakfast was quite OK. They offered 8 to 10 items or so all together which was a combination of continental and Indian flavor such as bread, butter, jam, egg, sausage,Puri/Paratha, tea/coffee, juice, fruits, South Indian items etc. They didn’t charge us for our 10 years old daughter’s breakfast. Their other lunch/dinner food items mentioned in their menu were also combination of Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine. We mostly had our dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Price was quite reasonable. They always cooked to order. As such the food was always served hot and fresh. Staff : All the support staffs were very friendly. Specially Surendar, Parvindar and Shiva (Waiters) always went out of their ways to ensure our extra comfort. Location and communication : The hotel is located at a calm and quite part of East of Kailash neighborhood. It’s only five minutes’ walk from Kailash Colony Metro station. Auto (Three wheeler taxi) was almost readily available in front of the hotel’s main gate. There is a hospital named “Paras Hospital” and a super shop chain named “Sabki Bazar” only few plots away from the hotel if anyone needed medicine or any regular item. There is a unisex salon named Gitanjali just opposite to the hotel, which we found very good and reasonable. . We intend to stay there again.

Registering for the free wi-fi was complicated. I needed up using my portable wi-fi device which I rented at an airport before I arrived in India.
Great service. The breakfast was not just bread and juice. It was a full breakfast. Quite happy with the overall experience.
