They provide with Tata Docomo scratch card having validity of 1 to 7 days. Somehow my experience with their wi-fi was not that great. Connectivity dropped frequently in my case.
Delay in serving food :
It took minimum 30 minutes in every case from placing order to serving food on the table. May be it was becasue they cooked to order to keep food hot and fresh each time.
We (Me, my wife and our 10 years old daughter) stayed for six nights. We picked a Super Deluxe room. It was nicely arranged and very clean and was specious enough for us. Our room (Room No.110) had a common balcony, which was an additional advantage. It had LCD TV and the AC worked very well. Bathroom was very clean. It was small but well arrange.
Complimentary buffet breakfast was quite OK. They offered 8 to 10 items or so all together which was a combination of continental and Indian flavor such as bread, butter, jam, egg, sausage,Puri/Paratha, tea/coffee, juice, fruits, South Indian items etc. They didn’t charge us for our 10 years old daughter’s breakfast.
Their other lunch/dinner food items mentioned in their menu were also combination of Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine. We mostly had our dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Price was quite reasonable. They always cooked to order. As such the food was always served hot and fresh.
All the support staffs were very friendly. Specially Surendar, Parvindar and Shiva (Waiters) always went out of their ways to ensure our extra comfort.
Location and communication :
The hotel is located at a calm and quite part of East of Kailash neighborhood. It’s only five minutes’ walk from Kailash Colony Metro station. Auto (Three wheeler taxi) was almost readily available in front of the hotel’s main gate. There is a hospital named “Paras Hospital” and a super shop chain named “Sabki Bazar” only few plots away from the hotel if anyone needed medicine or any regular item. There is a unisex salon named Gitanjali just opposite to the hotel, which we found very good and reasonable.
We intend to stay there again.
