Good staff and breakfast in the executive lounge was nice as expected.

It was surprising to know that the steam room is a paid service. Club house is something an essential for business travellers.

Good lake view room Staff courtesy except one Guard in the porch told me not to take sun set photograph ?? while I came out from the Hotel it self with family.

In last 10 years external colour has remained same unpainted , Uninspiring We stayed in lake view rooms 6008 & 6009, The piegions dung on parapet outside the window is not good for marriott brand name Bath room mirrors had lost their silver coating and looking very cheap does not go with your brand As family we missed family entertainment facilities

Meals excellent. Service expected of five star quality.

The staff is very helpful. My two days's visit was very comfortable and useful. Their executive lounge concept is nice. But they had brought down the lounge to first floor from 9th floor. It was even better earlier. Bidri food is awsome. Highl;y recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everybody from staff was everytime helpful and always nice. We booked an upgrade for the executive Lounge and had a luxery time with some benefits.The Lounge and our room had Lake-view - day and night charming.

The staff were very friendly, polite and obliging. The bed was really comfortable and cozy.

The swimming pool was looked down on from the restaurant so it was very public and, had I taken my swimming costume, I would have been too embarrassed to swim there. We felt misguided by the 'Valentine's Event' (we weren't a couple) as we were trying to go for the cheapest option and thought 'all you can drink' drinks were included in the meal price we were quoted - & we only wanted one drink each - but when we paid the bill it transpired we could have had the meal without the drinks option.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast choices. Situated near the lake- good views! Receptionists are very concerned- just lovely!! (Especially Miss Zain!)

Staff are good and food in the restaurent was more than acceptable.

It is a long way from the airport. It is an old style building which has a slightly gloomy and old fashioned feel to it. Security is laughable - I come from the security industry. Who wants to swim ina pool overlooked by the restaurent unless you happen to be a fashion model - which I am not.

La chambre était belle, le petit déjeuner dans l'Executive Lounch délicieux (machine à café!). C'est un hôtel de luxe à un prix plus que raisonnable. Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance et le confort. Le buffet du soir était de grande qualité.

Les clés magnétiques de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas toujours, ni à la porte ni dans l'ascenseur. De manière générale, nous n'aimons pas les fouilles/le scanner à l'entrée des grands hôtels.

I loved the stafff...i had a very comfortable stay

The smell outside the hotel, i think they can do something about it.....although it comes from a canal which has nothing to do with the hotel but i still hope some thing can be done

buffet breakfast,, big range.. i enjoyed breakfast. Infact it was Brunch .

Reputation was the only point I booked my stay there!

However, the services were not at par the reputation. Location and bad smell of the neighboring water body.
