I liked the location, ambiance and the staff, the staff was friendly and eager to help and always had a smile on there face. I had a little bit problem interacting the staff as they did not know proper English.

Reception staff is not responsive. Say they will call back 10 times but never will. I would fire the IT personnel right away. They wasted many hours of my time asking me to try around 20 user name and password to see if i get internet. Finally no internet and this was a bummer, In the night, there was too much noise as the rain water from top was pouring over window pane and making a racket. I would not stay again. Room and bathroom was clean .. so that's about it and the service was pretty bad including the restaurant downstairs as they took long time to get few things. settling the bill was a nightmare as they took hours and they dont take american express thought thet say they do

The food quality is exellent with nice North Indian touch in South India........!!!!! I booked the roomby the internate banking using my friends a/c . his account was debited for the terrif of room , but when I reached the hotel it was said to me that I hav to pay the ammount again. This room was booked through booking .com. At the same time and day the other room booked by cleartrip.com was ok. The persons from the booking . com should see tahtwhere my ammount 1500 has gone ...and pl inform me .
