Hotel Intercity  

Excellent hotel in very good location.Located near Metro Station, Karolbagh and shopping area.Hotel is well furnished, clean and staff is very very helping.I will certainly return back and will recommend it to friends and others.

The staff was very friendly; room service was excellent (stick to the Indian dishes); the free breakfast was adequate; the location is a 5-minute walk from the Karol Bagh metro station

I can usually sleep just fine on a hard mattress, but these beds were among the hardest I have slept on, and my back was not well after two nights of sleeping on them. My partner also had similar complaints; the breakfast area is nice, but it is in the basement, and there is no air circulation, or air-conditioning turned on to make things somewhat comfortable. It was VERY humid down there. I would rather order room service and be comfortable with air conditioning.

Hi We have really enjoyed the hotel and the warmth from the staff especially Mr Santosh who has helped us achieve whatever we wanted thank to all the staff house keeping kitchen food was wonderfull especially the Paneer

Well situated in the Karol Bagh area with easy access to the Metro for getting anywhere in Delhi. Adequate buffet breakfast. Pleasant and efficient service.

Noisy at times with internal renovations going on. Hot water and air conditioning to each room controlled by reception - had to ask for either to be switched on; however as it seems to be not just to keep energy costs down but also to conserve energy, it is not that much of an inconvenience.

Good service, good location for shopping.

Manager was rude and oversold the hotel. Had to argue with him. He never admitted fault.

Room was okey, clean, big double bed

Smell, some noise during the night (it seems that smbody made the ventilation at night - may be rats), cold. And also I didn't like that the hotel manager fooled me when he gave me change for taxi - airport drop is expensive (700)

During my visit to Delhi last month for a meeting in Karol Bagh locality of Delhi. It was nice to receive such a pleasant welcome at this hotel at 2o'clock in the morning. The room was a delightful place to crash into bed at that time. Good rooms, very neat and clean. Comfortable bed and nice service. The breakfast was sumptuous too, i was more delighted as i dint expect such service. All the best to them.

Great First Time Experience. The manager and staff was very helpful and informative. Clean and Spacious rooms.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean

Rooms were not sound proof at all. The staff used to create ruckus till 1 am. Inspite of repeated complaints nothing changed. Housekeeping used to do up the rooms after repeated reminders. No one used to replenish the tea bags or water in the room, taxi charges were exorbitant. Billing was unclear. Not all but some staff ware rude. They had no manners they used to just walk in to the room till they were yelled upon by me. My worst experience in any hotel. Never stay in this hotel with family

Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel.The hotel is very accessible, only a few minutes walking from metro station. Here you find all that you need it.The best hotel experience in India ! Very good price for the service!...excellent food, excellent service, big very nice and comfortable room.I will be back, for sure!!!! Amazing Experience.! 100% Recommended.

The hotel was very close to the the Karol Bagh metro station so getting around from there was easy Staff were very friendly and always willing to help Food at the restaurant was decent Free wifi in the room and lobby was reliable and fast enough

The locality is a market area, traffic is horrendous and takes 20-30 minutes to get to the main road in a car Buffet Breakfast was nothing great The rooms appeared clean but there was a lot of dust and dirt under the furniture Power tripped on two days and only came back on after almost an hour both times Didn't have hot water in the bathroom on two days From 10am to 9pm the air outside is so polluted from automobile exhausts and dust you can't walk around without covering your face

Appreciate the behavior of the staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hygienic and delicious dishes. The location is a big advantage for any traveler. I will surely recommend Hotel Intercity to my friends.

Comfortable and clean rooms, helpful staff members, and good food makes it a perfect choice in this location. I would say "thanks" as i said at the time i left the hotel to the member's of staff and management. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in this area , but Hotel Intercity stands out to be the best amongst them solely based on the spacious and clean rooms combined with tasty food and helpful staff. :)

They were located near the metro station which helped me in many ways. Besides, the staff was pretty helpful and co-operative. The food was delicious. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would love to visit again.

I stayed here and I think the placed looked great.. i would recommend this hotel the staff are very friendly and the rooms are of a very good standard ,The beds were really comfortable. this hotel is in a very good location as well. I would stay here again if required.

stayed at the Hotel Intercity for a week on business, I can normally be critical but there was not one thing to complain about. Beautiful property, excellent staff, comfortable rooms and delicious food. It is pricey but for once you get what you pay for.

I arrived early in the morning after being tired in the plane only to have the people meeting us not show. The Intercity representative at the airport went far beyond the call of duty in tracking down our ride and walking us through the horrors of Indian bureaucracy/security. The hotel itself is well located, the rooms reasonably luxurious and the service and helpfulness beyond criticism.. Overall, a great rest with people who made my life easier !!

I liked ma stay here. Staff was good. Cleanliness around and of course good location. A comfortable stay to be precise. Good place to stay, I might visit again.

I have stayed at the Intercity Hotel five different times. It is a terrific, small, boutique hotel. Their rooms are spotless, the service is impeccable, and the restaurant food is the best I have had in India. Though it is not located in the center of the city, its location has not been a problem for my sightseeing and travel plans. When I go to Delhi, I make it my home away from home.

Very comfortable, very clean hotel in excellent location for tourist. It is on edge of Karol Bagh, mid-way between old and new delhi attractions. bedrooms are large, comfortable and well furnished with very comfortable bed Otherwise excellent service slipped slightly at breakfast when it became relatively busy. this is still relatively good value.
