It was big mistake to stay at lalit. I was staying with my sister we checked and at that time staff at reception didn't checked properly I have booking for 2adults. We used pool gym. At 2am when me and my sister came back from club night staff stopped us and said I can't take my sister in room coz he said my sister is visitor. Plus I have to pay extra for her and show identity proof. How come a visitor can use all facilities of hotel? The way front office staff at night behaved was beyond insult and not expected from hotel if it is 5star rating. I will never stay again in this hotel. I request hotel management please let staff at reception have some manners how to talk to guest.

Excellent buffet breakfast with wide variety. Good value for money. Staff accommodated my request for early check out because of an emergency at home.

Thought it was rather poor that the hotel didn't offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport but instead charged 660 rupiahs for a five minute car journey. Given the cost of my stay this left a sour taste in my mouth

Nice hotel, big and luxurious. Close tot the airport.

Not a Intercontinental anymore. No more previlages for Intercontinental card holders. Takes major reason to be here away. Another Intercontinental down town is an option.

Breakfast service very very slow. Room Service did not quiet understand orders. Rooms need to have shataff's installed.

The new year programme highly dis organized and over crowed ..never got to eat food

Calling Room service and someone picking up too ages to respond and then forgot things that were ordered.

Location was amazing for getting o the airport. Pool area was empty which was a bonus. It was also very clean. Food choice on buffet looked amazing. Breakfast choice was excellent. Bar service was good also. Spectacular looking lobby. Size of room more than adequate. Bathroom was superb. Check out easy.

Supposed to have pool view room but did not. Food on in service menu not too great compared with other hotels. Food ordered in restaurant bland for 5 star restaurant. Portion size great though. Prices of snacks and food way vet priced for quality.

Did not like much

The room had a mould smell. The food was way below par for a 5 star hotel. Not worth the money.

attitude of staff Absolutely no service except Room Swimming pool access is through lounge . Some time not allowed to use due to other functions like shooting

The service was excellent, especially at the time of booking. The staff were friendly and very understanding

I enjoyed my stay and will pursue corporate account when returning to my head quarters in India

Location: very close to international airport, beautiful atrium, relaxed atmosphere, very comfortable room, excellent pick up and drop off service at the airport

Cannot think of anything that could have been better

Very nice hotel with fantastic personnel.

The locastion was a bit off, unless you were on your way to or from the airport.

We were staying there with three children and arrived 5 am. We could go directly to one of the two rooms (early check in charge of about 70 Euro) and got the second room at 10 am without additional charge. Also we could check out late for a very moderate charge (few euro). We had a flight out of Mumbai 12 pm and got an hotel cap to the airport for half the price we paid for a prepaid cab from the airport. A hotel employ met us at the airport and helped us through the check in at the airport all the way to pass port control. He was great help and with the whole luggage and tiered children we were very grateful. Over all a very good experience and we can definitely recommend this hotel.
