Keys Hotel is centrally located and is very easy to travel to every where. Hotel has got an excellent facilities and very simple and clean. Food is excellent and have a lot of varieties. All staff I met are very friendly and always willing to help. Every day you have to talk to reception for re-charge the keys for your room and some time you have to wait too long to talk to someone at the reception.

I like the facilities. I like the cleaness I like the design I have requested for a wakeup call at afternoon 3pm. But it was failed. Again I have requested the hotel for a wakeup call morning at 6:30 but again failed. So this is something very serious. If the hotel is unable to give the wakeup call, so they should inform the guest well in advace. The guest is totally depending the hotel wakeup call.

Buffet was good and location wise very good. we could not see the IPL match due to non availability of Channel and we have not received the final bill as yet.

Value for money, good location, wonderful staff It atrracts a lot of Indian tours. And gets very busy and chaotic. Be prepared. The staff do their utmost best but teh Indian tour guests are extremely demanding I booked a car to take me to the airport. The driver drove like a lunatic even though I said I was not in a rush. Perhaps hotel should focus on employing calm older or women drivers. The young chap who drove me obviously had a lot of tetostrone so understand why he wanted to speed I was promised free wifi in public areas. But when I arrived i was told I would get 2 hours free then need to pay although my reservation clearly stated free wifi in public areas
