Comfortable and clean room. Restaurant buffet were very nice.

Not so comfortable area when you go out of the hotel.

The staff was very accomodative. The restaurant had excellent choice of Indian food and the service was great

Персонал приветлив и обучен. Здание отеля современное и звукоизолированное, номера удобные, чистые, и тихие. Очень хороший буфет во время завтрака и ланча - можно попробовать как индийские так и европейские блюда. Уверенно рекомендую этот отель.

Las instalaciones muy buenas, bien equipado (aire acondicionado, nevera, ...). El personal muy atento. El restaurante esta bien, con buffet y menu/

El hotel es una muy buena elección si no quieres estar en uno de los fastuosos hoteles del norte de la ciudad. Sobrepasa con creces las expectativas de un hotel de estas características en India. El personal del hotel es más que eficiente y cualquier cosa que les pidas lo tienes en la habitación en dos segundos. El restaurante es maravilloso.

La amabilidad del personal y sus buenas intenciones para complacer al huésped.

A pesar de la amabilidad y buena voluntad general, el personal no está del todo preparado para lidiar con los extranjeros: el inglés en general es pobre, lo que genera problemas de comunicación grandes. Demoras enormes en conseguir taxis para desplazamientos y cuando consiguen uno, el chauffeur no habla ni una palabra de inglés. Deberían tener un mejor servicio de taxis disponible. El tránsito en Aurangabad es peor y más desordenado que el de Delhi, por ejemplo. Hay que preparase para esto y no ponerse nerviosos!

La comida perfecta. Platos de cocina india y continental. Mis hijas han comido muy bien y siempre ponen problemas en los hoteles y restaurantes indios.

La cama supletoria de colchón muy duro.

No hot water in the morning in both rooms we stayed in.

the position is good, you don't have to drive deep in the city, it is on the way to Ajanta The staff gave us precious advices about how to plan the visits The hotel is an ok one, but not a 4 stars if you have in mind the western 4 stars hotels. It is good for one or two nights, to get a bit of comfort and avoid very costly places. Clean enough, room spacious enough, bathroom was decent

Overpriced, not exactly a 4 star hotel, but still clean enough and decent enough for a quick stay. The lines were old and with marks, asking to change them didn't improve the situation. The staff was enormously slow at the moment of the check out, when we were in a hurry to leave and hit the road to Ajanta caves.

Rooms were dirty. Floors were uncleaned. Bathroom was very dirty and white towels had yellow n dirty patches. This was worst keys hotel experience for us. They are spoiling name of keys hotel chain.

The hotel is very nice, I was expecting a 4-star hotel and this is what I got. The facilities are good and the breakfast is good enough. The room was quite big and very confortable. The staff was helpful all the time. As we were checking out at 4am to catch a flight and the bar would be close at that time, they allowed us to have the complimentary breakfast the morning before instead. They have free wifi, and also a couple of computers in case you need them. Something I really liked was the bar terraced they have. We had a few beers there and it was very quiet and nice. I would definitely stay here again. Actually, if I had known I would have looked for the same hotels in other cities in India that I visited.

Minor things, I guess. Nothing I can think of now. It is not a 5-star hotel, but it is the best hotel I stayed in in India (out of 5 hotels in different cities)

ロケーションが良かった

フロントの一部の人の対応があまり良くなかった。朝タクシーをオーダーしていたが、何の連絡もなく、再度オ- ーダーし直すことになった。 レビューが良かったので期待したが、それ程でもなかった
