    Fairly good accommodation for the given price. The limited number of staff tried their best to provide service as per their abilities.

    Very basic breakfast (bread-butter & Tea/Coffee only). Very limited kitchen facilities.

    The staff were very friendly and instant in responding and helping with your needs. Near to Airport. Clean rooms with pleasing green tree views from balcony.

    We were put in a room in the dirty, filthy room , dusted room at first but asked to be moved as it was a shabby and the bathroom sink was blocked with stale water. The other room was ok but again, tired furniture, dirty sheets and seemed room has not been dusted for days. The bathroom needed clean behind the door, dirty sinks ,hair on floors and dirty moulded tiles. The cupboards were full of dust. The hand and shower towels were gross and had yellow marks , for sure seemed like it was used by previous guest . On request we got a change in towels and sheets but again they were stained , yellow and dirty . The place was not an "inviting" place to an aperitif, quite dismal. We were not informed about what complimentary breakfast would not include even inspite of asking at the time of check in . The menu was forwarded to us showing all the options for breakfast . It was made clear to us that morning breakfast would contain 2 toasted slices with tea only ( which we discovered about it next morning) so next morning we ordered 4 aloo pranthas and in return we were served cold tea and 3 burned pranthas . On asking the management what kind of service was being delivered to us " he started to argue loudly and said take it or leave it ." Had I know you were going to be so phiniky , I wouldn't have accepted your booking, this is the best we can serve " . I was shocked at this statement ! I have clicked photos of food and trust me no body would even think of eating it as they were so atrociously carbonized and burned. We were so disappointed the way we were treated. Its hard to comprehend how a reputed company like Booking .com could facilitate an establishment like this which has no clue about what hospitality means and where management at Le Eden has no common courtesy to behave with its guests. . I was shocked when they cut off our room electricity to take revenge after complaining about breakfast . I think nobody deserves to stay there.
