Did not look, feel and cater like a 5 star. A/C did not work Shabby hotel, does not even have a name board on it. Mini bar is empty. Full of Mosquitos in the room.

A very bad experience. Everywhere too cold. Elevators did not work. Soup very badly. For a 4 minute boilde egg I had to wait 25 minutes. Too far

Decor is good

Very poor service, it definetly is not 5km from airport as explained in booking.com. It's good 15km and I can't see why you need to lie about it. I was looking for a hotel near airport and the 5km attracted me to this. It's a budget hotel, definetly not 5 star rated. 3 star is more appropriate.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean, spacious and cleaning staff is prompt. Front desk is helpful, effficient and accomodating. Hotel has an Indian fast food eatery in it's complex which was great. Gym was well kept and sym staff was friendly.

Is isolated from the market so limited access to chemists, restaurants, laundromats etc. Taxi charges to and from from the airport are exhorbitant.

Hotel name changed from Leboa to emporio and I had no idea. Li It appears to be in transition and there was confusion at some levels. Leaky bathrooms. Ac did not work. Complained twice but they could not get the room cooler than 78f, blamed the sunlight for it!!

The hotel is very new and clean with excellent maintenance. Staffs are very friendly and attentive all the time. Breakfast is very good offering a lot of choices. There's a small shopping mall right next to the hotel and make my stay more convenience.

It's located in a very remote location with almost nothing around so it may not be a good choice if one plans to explore New Delhi. But, there seems to be a subway station nearby the hotel so it may help. Location for me was not a concern though as I only spent one night at New Delhi and head for Rajasthan the next day.

Theoverall experience has been really great and we would like to recommend o all business travellers and to people that needs to stay overnight in delhi and being easy reach to airport. Breakfast in the morning really great!

You need to take a long walk if your room is located at the opposite end of the lifts!! The hotel does not have central room/hotel heating system which is quite bothering in the cold winter in Delhi

good location, walkable from metro station and 15 mins from the airport.

the hotel although new, not maintained very well, the windows were full of bird droppings and the sheets were untidy, but i was shifted to a much cleaner room on request.

Pool filter was not on, could not use the pool. Bird droppings everywhere. Day Spa staff unfriendly

Very clean and high quality of service at a reasonable rate. Very convenient for airport transfer.

I am once again delighted with the service Hotel has provided. It is the Best service. Once again thanks to all staff members especially Ms.Dhar and Ms. Dutta.

The rooms are best, cleanness, courteousness of staff members and very friendly atmosphere.

First of all read my words carefully.....they may make your tour worth staying.... I have stayed in many 5 and 7 stars but my stay here at lebua took me at different level of comfort ,pleasure and satisfaction.I Have never seen such a energetic and ready to help staff....the manager Meenakshi showed a different level of hospitality , I felt there is cares with out compromising your privacy..food is awesome..I Must say this place is one of the best choice a person can make in Delhi as far as luxury is concern,whether for Indians or foreigners....and last but not least it's underrated as a five star....

I really liked the personal attention the staff at lebua gave us. I was also very pleased with the room and the restaurant. Lebua was much better than Westin hotel that we stayed at, the staff and food selection was awesome.

Helpful and cooperative staff,good breakfast and more closed to Metro station

That is not allowble to the guest to have private full body message or sex in his room ,also not allowable to guest to have some girl friend in his room

Over all experiance was excellent. Food is good, with very comfortable rooms.

Still they didn't have liquor license.

Le fait qu'on n'annonce pas que c'est un hotel sans alcool .. on a le droit de ne pas consommer mais aussi surtout le droit de savoir avant la réservation c'est que j'appelle de l' honneteté commerciale et en france cela s'appelle de la publicité mensongère par omission.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zmmer, aber ansonsten keine angenehme Atmosphäre. Von der Lobby aus blickt man auf eine riesige Mall mit Elektro- und Lebensmittelmärkten. Was wir ganz negativ empfanden war auch die Tatsache, dass es nicht mal ein Bier zu trinken gab. Das ganze Hotel ist "alkoholfrei". Uns hat esnicht gefallen, auch deshalb, weil es anders als angegeben über 30 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen entfernt liegt.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The location is quite handy for the airport but a long distance from the centre of town for sightseeing. The metro station is very close but it is an hour's ride into the centre. The television service was limited - no live sports channels or good movie channels. The mall has few shops of interest to tourists.

My initial welcome and that is all I liked

This was advertised as a 5* however I was very disappointed as I felt I had been mis-sold a product by www.booking.com and this hotel should only be a 3* at a push. The hotel is not yet ready for guests, only one set of lifts working in the whole hotel, however staff did not mention this at check in! Fire exit not finished still concrete and brick, no lighting, should there be a fire in the hotel how would one get out! Hotel is being renovated at a big scale so the 5* restaurant was full of dust. Would I stay at this hotel in the future, no I don't think so. Would I book through booking.com again no never as I have lost all confidence in your ability to be truthful about your products.

luxurious like a palace... ordered a room service, delicious international food... pasta, fish & chips + others... bit far from main delhi... but, I wouldn't mind because the hotel is so good... there is a metro rail closeby!!
