We really had very lovely time here. Wonderful location and very good sea view. This hotel is simply the best.

Unfortunetely i had only one night left before i came here. This is wonderful small hotel with all what you need. The owner Ramesh was very helpful and speaks fluent Finnish so that i had real homely feeling. Will come bach next year for longer stay for sure

Amazing view, lovely food, friendly staff and after all it is just infront of the beach! Lots of fun to watch others from your balcony while watching a loveley sun set

Absolutely nothing

The manager of this hotel is a master in the art of cheating. Under the pretext that I had made a late booking (the day before), he put us in a place from the balcony of which you could hardly see the sea. There was no water in the room, and total absence of service in the hotel. I could learn later that he pays the owner of this hotel 2000 rupees and keeps the rest for him. I assume that this is the reason why he does not honor the bookings by selling his rooms to others. In order that Booking.Com remain credible, this hotel must disappear from its list.

Very dirty place, pictures at the Homepage Look much more nice than it is in real, for the quality its overpriced - i only would recomend it as a backpacker Hotel, some better Hotels for the same Price are nearby

Det var stora rum, nära stranden, trevlig personal som hjälpte oss med våra problem. AC som funkade. Dom vill mer och dom jobbar på det. Där var rent och snyggt när vi var där

Ужасно. Грязь, запахи туалетных стоков в номере. Периодические отключения воды и электричества. За 10 дней ни разу не было уборки и ни разу не было смены пастельного белья. При заказе на 1800 рупий блюд в ресторане счет был выставлен на 2800. После требования пересчитать, обман признали, но извинений не принесли. Полное ощущение того, что постояльцев предоставлены сами себе. Никому не рекомендуем останавливаться в этом отеле. В Индии, конечно отношение к туристам наплевательское, но этот отель бьет все рекорды. В день отъезда никто даже не по прощался.

по проживанию в этом отеле сказать ничего не могу, а вот об отношении менеджмента к своим клиентам напишу. бронировали через интернет двухместный номер в этом отеле за несколько месяцев до предполагаемого прибытия. получили подтверждение от отеля. перед отъездом решила подстраховаться и еще раз списалась с отелем, что едем, и наше бронирование в силе. ответили: да, все в порядке, ждем. так как заезд- выезд в отеле, как обычно в 12:00, мы в это время еще были в дели, и должны были вылететь в 18:00 в тривандрум (аэропорт в 15 км от ковалама), и заселиться вечером, часов в 10-11. ну, думаем, если у нас уже номер забронирован, то не важно, во сколько мы заселимся в него, он уже должен быть за нами закреплен. из дели я еще раз списалась с менеджером и попросила организовать трансфер из аэропорта, указав номер рейса, предположительное время прилета. отель ответил мне, что все в порядке, вечером по прилету вас будет встречать представитель отеля с табличкой с вашими фамилиями и доставит вас за договоренную плату до отеля! ок! летим уставшие (т.к.за сутки это уже третий перелет), но счастливые, что нас будут встречать, и рано или поздно мы-таки отдохнем и выспимся…не тут-то было!!! самолет задержался на полтора часа, но, тем не менее на выходе стоял человек с нашими фамилиями. как хорошо! едем на машине в гостиницу. поздно, на побережье безлюдно и темно. подошли к отелю, на неосвещенной открытой террасе нас попросили подождать немного. (не предложив даже чаю с дороги). через полчаса борьбы с комарами, подошел к нам наш водитель и рассказал, что-то невнятное про чей-то больной живот, толи в нашем номере кто-то лежал с больным животом и не мог срочно покинуть номер, толи у менеджера разболелся живот, и он не может сегодня нам предоставить ночлег в данном отеле. поэтому, нам придется переночевать в отеле по соседству, в таком же точно, прямо-таки брате близнеце нашего отеля, с такими же условиями проживания и т.п.

Double booking, we had to change the room to much more poor one because some very important customer (not us) was coming and need the room with sea view

Nice position overlooking the sea and the bay, unfortunately this is the only positive comment we can give about this place.

Most of what was described as services offered by this hotel were not there, very disappointing. We chose it as they offered a 24-hour service, which instead it is totally inexistent. There is no reception! We had informed them in our online booking that we would arrive late, but no one was there upon our arrival and we had trouble in locating the hotel at 3am. So, we spent the night out till 6am, while that night was paid at the hotel. This also happened as we could not reach the hotel by phone. The phone number they are giving is mobile constantly switched off, unacceptable!!! -There is no hot water! Despite the manager says they have a problem with solar panels, the solar heating system does not exist. If you need hot water, you have to ask for it, hoping you find someone in the hotel and they will heat it up for you in the kitchen. It means you cannot have a hot shower when you need it, but have to wait at least 30 minutes to have hot water to wash yourself! -The quality of the room was totally lower than the deluxe room we booked. The money they ask for it is not worth it at all! We found bottles of gin in the cupboard and bier in the fridge, as our room was used to store alcohol by the manager. Unbelievable! -We had been chased upon our arrival to pay the hotel in cash immediately, something unheard of! I'm glad we managed not to pay all of the amount due, but we still paid them too much. We had booked 5 nights, but only stayed there 2, more than enough and then left and looked for a much better hotel. There is plenty of them in that area at much lower prices! It is a rip off! We reckon you should no longer have this hotel in your website, it does not match your standards at all!
