    I really like the room service. I do not remember the name of the person. But he was good.

    Wi fi was free but when we rich at a hotel. Wi fi was not working at all and the person at the reception was giving excuse instead of solving a problem. We stayed from 7th till 10th but the staff at the reception was always giving excuse regarding Wi fi. During check out the staff at the reception was forcing us to do the cash payment . The reason was they will get 3% less amount of the total amount. I was in hurry to catch a train and the ATM was little far from the hotel. He didn`t told me in advance about the cash payment.Still he was forcing me to pay by cash. He was giving me excuse that their is some problem with the Card machine. But it was working completely.

    Room was good and worth for the cost. The staff were courtious and very helpful. The food was good, the Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room was excellent. Santosh the manager was very cooperative and helpful.

    The bath towels and hand towel kept in rest room were not clean and the soaps were not replaced for subsequent day. The towels looked like not properly washed. on the day of my visit, the taxi driver in the airport susggested that i call the hotel and confirm the landmark. I desparately tried calling the given number in the booking confirmation and no one answered it. Then i had to touch base with booking.com helpdesk and they also tried but couldnt connect. I kept rining the number for atleast 10 times before I could connect and someone in the receiption answered and guided with the landmark. The response time was very poor considering the time of call was 11:00 am.

    The staff are friendly and good that's what I like.

    They need to have locker in hotel and keep the stuff clean for guests like changing the pillow cover etc.

    It was a very bad experience during the stay at Hotel. The staff was not supporting and teasing us all time for services...!!

    Location, very close to a good market and metro station. Staff try to help at any time.

    Cigarette smoke smell throughout the room and the bed sheets (we asked for non smoking room)

    Size of the room. Speed of the internet.

    In the first night although booking. Com had confirmed my booking I arrived at the hotel 4 am and there was no room for me. I was on street waiting for the check in until 12 oclock. Terrible! Dont trust this people!

    When we reached they told us they were over booked n send us to the hotel next door which was horrible n smelly. Next day we move in the hotel n by even the toilet flush was not working though they changed our rooms but it was bit of a discomfort for our 2 night stay as we need to move 3 times in 2 days. I felt the hotel was overly rated in the site n in real is not that great.

    We were accommodated in a Deluxe room as per our online booking.This hotel was a pocket friendly & gave us a good value of the amount we paid. The young travel manager Umar was very informative & recommended a nice restaurant for dinner. Pick up from the airport was on time.

    Breakfast could've been better with more choices.

    Nice hotel, friendly staff, lower price than other hotels for same facilities. Very fast Wi-Fi! Один парень из персонала постоянно предлагал пиво. (:

    Food is mediocre. Noises from school in the morning, but not really annoying.

    I suppose I can now say I have experienced the crazy, hectic, lively, chaotic Karol Bargh. Would not stay again or recommend, plenty other B& B options available

    Room smelt of tobacco smoke and was not serviced between nights, staff bit pushy for other (over-priced) services like beer, taxi and others... Staff sleep in lobby and behind desk, not very professional for price level. Difficult to find for taxi/rickshaw drivers, common problem in Delhi, wifi in room didn't work, only in lobby
