The ambience was good for me. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. But there were a bit of ants in the room which I didn't expect. I would recommend this hotel for people who look for a nights stay.

The staffs were really helpful. Food was great. Amenities are good The coffee jug that was inside the room was stinking. The spoons also. I had to call the hotel staff to take away those.

The location. The seedy bar around the corner we bought beer from in order to soothe our headache after dealing with the girl at the front desk. I did not like that when we arrived our bed had bugs in it. We were promptly shown another room that had at least a few of the amenities listed on the website. The manager was kind though the other staff were not very helpful. When I asked for change to pay the tuk tuk, she refused (even though there is a restaurant attached and must have change). I have stayed over a month travelling India and have had rooms that cost 500 rs with cleaner rooms and better bang for your buck. I wanted a nice place for my last night in India and was disappointed. Even the taxis and rickshaws know this place as pricey and therefore demand more money to take you there. This place - in my opinion is not worth the money we spent.

Близость от аэропорта,приветливый персонал на ресепшн. Чистота не выдерживает никакой критики-везде очень грязно,немытые полы,паутины,плесень,клубки пыли, использованное постельное белье. Четыре раза писали в отель о том, что нам нужно заранее установить доп. кровать, т.к. прилетали ночью, которой в итоге не оказалось. Полтора часа ждали пока принесут кровать, а потом и белье. Туалетной бумаги тоже не было, ее ждали пол часа. Лифт работал через раз. Завтрак, даже для Индии, слишком скудный. Масло, джем, хлеб ограниченно.

The staff was useless. Could hardly speak any english, and we used hours trying to explain the simplest things. Never cleaned the room. The hotel organized a sightseeing tour for us (a package deal), but we didnt get half of the things we paid for. The resturant and spa was also poor. Wouldn't recomand it to anyone..
