Green surroundings. Problems with payment with visa card (card machine not working). Apparently our visit was not noted by hotel adminitration. Resulting in a "no show" message from booking.com by email in which the hotel would like to claim cancellation cost INR 3000. Luckely the people from booking.com solved this matter !!

Le dévouement,le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, le site calme et tranquille Le froid dans les salles de bain, le sentier qui mène à l'hôtel et la difficulté d'accès à internet, la difficulté de localiser l'hôtel dans son environnement

Personalen på hotellet var mycket bra och hjälpsam. Trevligt boende i stugor i naturskön stor trädgård. Bra restaurang med god mat. Hotellet låg långt utanför Ramnagar. Vildmarken fanns direkt utanför hotellet, vilket gjorde att man inte kunde lämna hotellområdet, som omgärdades av höga murar. Hotellets pool såg inbjudande ut, men vattnet var inte tempererat. Vi badade inte, då det var svinkallt i vattnet. Ovanligt många av personalen kunde inte ett ord engelska.
