Located in the heart of Bangalore, Citadines Richmond Bangalore is more than a great hotel with courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and great value for money. Highly recommended for families with young children.

roof top terrace travel desk was very helpful, also in booking train tickets

check in and check out was complicated and pricing not completely transparent (we would reccomend to bring your booking.com confirmation in English)

Room was large, clean, comfortable and nicly decorated.

Excellet stay at a very reasonable price

Miscommunication between booking.com and Citadines. Citadines had some trouble with their mail system as per front desk. However room was provided.

Experience messy room arrangement, needed to change the room key every night, no room clean up service for the first day because of record mistake, staff are not helpful enough

staff is very attentive and friendly, nice terrace with decent cafe (also location for breakfast), very nice gym, free transportation to UB City

breakfast was rather meager, only few western options, a lot of items (e.g bread, cold milk, ...) were already used up and not replaced unless you specifically ask for it, got twin beds although we specifically asked for a double

I will always stay in this one when visiting Blote, I highly recommend this hotel People are amazing hotel is clean, service is good.

Internet is slow but it's slow everywhere in India not only here

They need to improve their staff and service in general

Un établissement très tendance, des chambres propres et une piscine agréable.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très garni et l'enregistrement à l'arrivée qui a durée plus de 30 minutes...avec une caution de 2000 RP à laisser.

Vstřícný a milý personál, čistota, interiér hotelu, posilovna s výhledem na město, hotel je nedaleko hlavních nákupních míst.

V hotelu není restaurace, pouze snack bar s velmi omezeným výběrem jídla a bez nabídky jakýchkoliv alkoholických nápojů.

Bij aankomst direct betalen, zonder de kamer gezien te hebben, zeer ongebruikelijk (en irritant) voor hotel van dit niveau. Voor mij een reden om niet meer te komen

Position très interessante. On peut joindre le centre ville à pieds.

Quelque peu bruyant, vu sa position près d'un axe très fréquenté. Personnel peu réactif.

Etwas zu bemängeln war einerseits die hohen Gebühren für den Transfer zum Flughafen, Geld wechseln an der Rezeption war eine teure und langwierige Angelegenheit

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pima colazione appena sufficiente. Ottima pulizie e camere confortevoli

Manca un servizio ristorante, è presente un piccolo bar ma l'offerta é veramente povera.

Desayuno muy indio, poca comida occidental aunque hacen buenas tortillas en el momento.

De service van het hotel(management en bediening) is uitstekend,ook de tips ten aanzien van bezienswaardigheden en de service van vervoer en zelfs eigen gidsen, zeer goed. Een aanader. Verder mooie kamers en uitstekende faciliteiten (zwembad, fitness, bibliotheek, internet). Chapeau!!

Weet dat Bangaloren "toetert". In het hotel een last van, maar door de centrale ligging overal buiten je kamer hoor je dit getoeter.
