Very friendly personal, which arranged very cost effective and good quality city visits, and reasonable price Taj Mahal trip. Apart the first impression on the Hotel area, the dusty rooms and cotinuous work on the hotel corridors, rest was quite ok, and I recomment this Hotel.

Located near train station within easy driving distance of many tourist places and many restaurants. Do not forget to chose a high floor as there can be some noise from main street.

Reasonable price, ok (Indian) breakfast, good bed, and the hot water was working. Friendly staff. The cleaning could - as in many other hotels in India - have been a little better. Remember to ask for a room with a real window; the first room we got was a bit claustrophobic.

Not sure i particularly liked any aspects... The hotel rooms are not the one shown on booking.com , much less classy/modern. Staff was a bit rude and pushing to overcharge.

Friendly staff helped us with our bags up to our room at midnight. They organised a taxi to pick us up at the airport which was much appreciated. The room was quiet, clean and a hot shower. A great place to stay after a 15 hour plane trip. The hotel was ungoing some renovations but it didn't impact on us too much. A big buffet breakfast in the dining room was great, consisting of Indian and western food. A good place to stay for a short period of time in Delhi.

This is my second stay in this hotel.Rooms are very clean and spacious.More important you will get hot water 24 hrs.WI-FI connectivity is good. Location is little far from south part of Delhi.

Karol Bagh is a great shopping area. No bar or restaurant. Building work going on inside the hotel, workers walking about the place. Went to breakfast (toast the only western option) and not enough tables for all the guests, hotel seems to be used for Indian businessmen. There are many other hotels in this area.
