Hotel New Hindustan International

Location - close to train stations, budget shops around for foreign tourist. Sort of value for money.

Hotel staff- a bit arrogant. Unlit lobby outside the room. No room cleaning done during the 4 days stay. You have to ask for services like- hot water when you need it and wait for half hour, elevator will only be started to take you up - when asked and then put off. Not available for coming down. You need to tell them to start the A.c or the tv when you need it. So if you don't demand it - you will not get if. It is not provided for 24 hrs as they advertise so don 't feel cheated later on. No lenin was changed during my 4 days of stay. The terrace hotel - in pethatic condition, very unhyginic. Did not even dared to order even a cup of tea. Only the reception area is well kept to fool the visitors I suppose.

nothing. would recommend New delhi to other travellers but certainly not this hotel. Wifi does not have network and my mobile network was total in hide out mode, they dont have mobile network boosters and i had to come out to make a business call

They had no conformation about the breakfast included with the room tariff, i ordered my breakfast for which only Rs 50 was waived off.They said tea and bread toast is their breakfast (thats all)

The reception staff was not courteous and he paid second rate attention to persons who booked room through online than the persons visiting in person for direct immediate booking.

Clean&staff

I did not like anything. I don't suggest this hotel to anybody. Location is terrible, once you go somewhere it is diffucult to find the hotel. It is olsa very dirty. Kind of cheeting people. I think this hotel make and agreement with the tourism company and when one comes they take him/her to the company. Dissopointing.

I stayed with Hotel Hindustan twice while I visit Delhi. The first upon arrival to India , the second upon departure. I stayed with this hotel the second time, because of my absolutely amazing stay I had with them! They made my arrival and departure into India the most welcoming and calming experience I could have ever hoped for. To the point that I brought all of my friends I was studying abroad with to after we left our design/build project in Ladakh. The team at Hotel Hindustan make you feel like part of the family, and I do still feel apart of their family to this day. I know whenever I have friends who talk about traveling to India I tell them they must stay at this Hotel. This is the reason why, My first day that I landed in Delhi I realized that I had lost my wallet on the airplane, my debit card, and id, luckily I still had my passport and another card to a bank back in the us. After all the stress of trying to find my wallet at the airport, I found my pre-arranged taxi driver (they will arrange pick up) and proceeded to the hotel. I was alone, and completely at a loss as what to do with my financials. When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted with so much warmth, kindness, and understanding, they made everything better, and were able to calm my nerves. I straightened my financials at home, and was able to explore the wonders of Delhi through an arranged tour from the hotel. I can not express the gratitude I feel towards Hotel Hindustan and my experience with them!Thank you so much!

The pictures on booking.com are not from this hostel - be prepared to stay in a place much worse than you imagine.

месторасположение отеля. рядом базар, где можно приобрести сувениры дешевле чем в гоа в два раза и фрукты. рядом: 2 станции метро (работающие), жд вокзал, цент дели (доезжали до него на тук-туке за 10 мин и 50 рупий соответственно).

очень холодный номер, сырой.естественно, грязное постельное белье, в номере все пыльное. окно выходило на стену соседнего отеля (расстояние от окна до стены 30 см) солнца не было никогда.

Порадовала только близость к Мейн Базару... но на 1-2- ночи сойдет, комната большая....

персонал постоянно менялся, я реально не понимала кто там работает, смотришь один на рецепшине, через какое то время другой и они не повторялись даже... постельное грязное(причем как потом оказалось, там было самое грязное по сравнению со всеми другими гостиницами)

very dirty hotel, personal cheats customers очень грязно, персонал обманывает клиентов (заставляет идти в "офис", т.к. у них нет компьютера и они не могут проверить бронь с букинга - реально ты идёшь чтобы тебе впаривали экскурсии)

Номер 208. 1. Тараканы. Они есть. Разного размера и цвета. Спали с включенным светом. 2. При заселении полотенца, мыло предоставлено не было. Уточнять не стали, т.к. по-сути останавливались лишь на одну ночь. 3. Был поврежден кабель, телевизор посмотреть так и не удалось :) Изображение рассыпалось. 4. Wi-fi только на первом этаже и со слов менеджера когда работает когда нет ( в нашем случае не работал). 5. При себе имейте распечатки бронирования! У менеджеров может не быть как в нашем случае.

Acceuil nul; Avons du discuter fermement pour le prix fixé sur le site et sur le petit déjeuné inclus qu'ils n'accèptaient pas. Propreté très douteuse, drap déchiré et sale. Impossible de prendre un repas au restaurant de l'hotel car sale , avons pris pour finir un semblant de petit déjeuné sur du papier journal sur le lit. Pourtant nous ne sommes pas difficiles et voyageons assez souvent avec vous. Mais là c'est trop

I liked nothing at all about the hotel that I stayed in, if in fact it was the Hindustani international

After a long connecting flight I was picked up from the airport by a taxi service run by this so called hotel. I was expecting a nice room on arrival, and ended up at a reception room which was dingy and to be honest a hovel. I was taken to my room and it also was horrifying. I stayed one night and checked out. I was advised by the manager to book up a driver from a travel company called namaste in New Delhi for a trip which I believe was with a friend of his. As I was leaving I learnt that another traveling couple had been moved from another Hindustani international hotel to here. On leaving the hotel I had to pay for a second time. Please make people awear that the TAXI service is I'm sure dropping people to the wrong hotel, or to not expect what is in the photograph at at all. I feel very cheated, this is not good enough at all and I will not be recommending this hotel, it was a very unwelcoming shock and the very worst start to a trip that I had to cut short.

The staff are extremely helpful and always obliging. My room was nice and big with extra blankets to make it cosy. Good tv and nice hot shower.

I was not picked up from the airport as promised. Make sure you call the manager (Harpreet Singh) before leaving the airport as you are not allowed back in and there are no pay phones outside. Then it was another hour wait which I wasn't happy about after a lengthy journey. I was also took to another hotel not matching the pictures on the internet. I got here eventually!!!

Hotel tres sale. Tres tres tres bruyant. Impossible de dormir de jour comme de nuit. Hotel introuvable. Quartier dangereux. L'hotel se situe dans une ruelle mal fréquentée. Les draps etait extremement sales (a croire qu'une vache sacree a dormi dessus). Pour ce qui est des odeurs, je vous epargne un long discours a ce sujet, mais c'est juste invivable. Le petit dejeuner qui etait pourtant compris dans la reservation ne nous a jamais ete servi. Gerant malhonnete. Les sanitaires sont degueulasses. Ne correspond pas du tout a ce que nous avions reserve. Et pour finir, personnel tres desagreables.

Erg gehorig Eigenaar gebruikt allerlei methoden om bezoekers via zijn travel bureau reizen te laten boeken. Mij werd verteld dat alle treinen komende weken vol zaten vanwege vakantie, dit was niet het geval. Hij gebruikt alle bekende oplichting tricks. Als je deze niet herkent trap je er zo in.
