Everything was perfect and I like the cleanliness

I enjoyed the friendly Service and the hospitality in the Hotel very much.

Power source location & number are user-friendly.

Spa prices are too expensive

- The staff is very kind, easy-going, and arranges problems with no hassle. - The rooms and restaurant are OK+. - I appreciate the discreet access to the swimming-pool, gym and spa directly by the lift without crossing the lobby and hall.

- The fitness room is ridiculously too small, under-equiped, dull (no TV no gym-music...) and really lacks air (suffocating). - Around the swimming-pool the environment is under construction (noise, ugly view, ...) - Beware of Indian families! they are very noisy. Avoid week-ends. - The bathroom needs a shower-mat (I fell-down on the marble floor)

over all experience was good. good food, courteous staff, flexible nature of the staff members, good service.

one really disappointing thing about the hotel is that the managment/security doesn't allow auto rickshaws inside the hotel premises. I'm sure there is no logical explanation for this becasue cabs are allowed (even amdassador). i'm guessing its sort of a status symbol not to allow the autos in, if that is the case, then it is really disappointing and the management should be ashamed of the such policies.

The breakfast was amazing. Great selection of European, Chinese and Indian dishes.

The food in the restaurants was overpriced. There were a lot of extra taxes added to base costs.

The gym,the steam room,the breakfast,and the breakfast area.

179 rooms,and 8 Lilows,and no umbrella's.The television was way to small for the room,only 35 channels,and 5 you could not watch.Poor english levels.

Good staff, very helpful, pool always clean and blue, good bedroom, very clean, excellent location near a Sikh temple, tuk tuk ride 10min to red fort etc

The price you see here when you book will be increased at least 20% to 25% with lost of taxes including a "luxury tax"

The staff is utterly friendly. The food in the restaurant is OK and the rooms are well equiped. This was my second stay and next time I will be there!!

Everything was excellent!!!!! We staid 2 time (at the beginning and at the end of our trip) and If ever back in India, again there! The spa is also super!!! Very friendly staff!!!

All around a pretty nice hotel with various restaurant options. Was a great getaway in the evenings after wandering around the chaos of Delhi all day.

Overall quality of hotel and facilities did not quite fit the price, especially considering the surroundings and alternative options. Food prices are outrageous compared to the rest of the country. A meal in any of the restaurants inside the hotel were up to 10 times the price of a comparable meal in a restaurant in Delhi. They seemed to be taking advantage of the fact that many visitors do not venture out into the city, especially for meals. That aspect kind of left a bad taste in our mouths. Lastly, cleaning staff were extremely loud in the hallways and in the neighbouring room throughout the middle of the night getting rooms ready for the following day. It was unacceptable for a place of this price level.

The room is comfortable. Staff is very good. Vey much liked Spa salon . Breakfast buffet is on a high level .

There is no free Wi-Fi . The rate of the room could have covered internet connection .

We liked the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and fresh room and bathroom. Also the breakfast buffet was not bad. The Chutney restaurant was great. Location in CP was perfect.

It is a little overpriced. It is the tricky additional taxes, service charges and additional fees to the overall price that drive me crazy. It took some 20 minutes of bargaining with the reception staff to have them accept that we had payed everything through booking. Prices at the hotel restaurants very outrageous. And the lack of free wifi internet was a downside. If you need to use internet be prepared to pay some 5 euro for 1 hour of internet.

The fact that, although we are repeat customers and although we come almost all the time with a booking from booking.com, they ask us to pay everyday. The usual food is disastrous. The Japanese restaurant is acceptable.
