Friendly staff, great food, the best chicken satay that I have had! Breakfast was excellent. Very nice "tall" welcome on arrival. Safe hotel in the middle of a busy city If you wanted to go for a walk - no where to go - as soon as you walk out the hotel you are not left alone with people wanted to take you shopping - just would not leave you alone. Hotel staff need to advise you of this. Poor knowledge of English with the staff. Need to advise safety for females in regards to the area ?? |

Efficient staff. Very helpfull and professional I asked for a pillow to take with me during my drive to Agra. I have kids. I was refused. The Hotel could not accomodate me. The cost of around inr 2000 for a dvd player for 24 hrs is ridiculous. It costs inr 1200 to purchase one. Electricity outages. No torches or a emergency lighting in the room. |

Friendly and client oriented receptionists and managers on duty, reasonable rates, airport pick up and drop off service Bathromm facilities seem to require a certain renovation. Buffet breakfast menu needs more fresh vegetables. |

The breakfast is pretty good. The people at the travel desk are very helpfull and can arrange tours and transportation for a fair fee. Although the hotel location is ok (close to most attractions), the immediate vecinity was not the best. The rooms are humid and you can hear all the noise from outside. |

I enjoyed the health club and varities of food. The food preparation was good. I did not find more time to extra activities as I was about to rush early morning and catch a flight. 1 The WLAN is expensive and should be FOC to the guest staying in the hotel. Also during my breakfast, I ordered half cooked Omlete and I got fully cooked and I did not like that. |

The location is ok, now also the rates have gone down so better value for the money The service at the breakfast was more poor than before, also the selection had gone worse since previous visit. |

Nobody from the staff except reception desk is paying you attention. When you ask something they say "no problem", but they leave you to wait hours. |

The Chutney Restaurant was very good, the service and quality of food was perfect. The buffet restaurant wasnt great, I would rate the food 5/10 and the lack of service needs to be addressed. |

The hotel is friendly, comfortable physically and has excellent restaurants One night they had a racauous party by the poolside outside our room that kept us awake until 3 am. This despite promises to end the noise by 11pm and repeated complaints to management. It was an outrageous deviation from an otherwise reasonably comfortable stay. |

The staff at the coffee shop were very accomodating and friendly. The staff /concierge needs to be more informative of the city, etc. They should not book the bar and restuarants exclusively for private parties, depriving the guests. The bathrooms need to be modernised befitting a 5 star hotel. |

Comfy rooms in a traditional style.I.E.you Knew it was a hotel not a disco The lower management(reception etc.)need more 'customer empathy 'training.very short on social skills and quite abrupt and rude when things don't go to plan, and no apology when it's their or the hotel's fault!!a smile goes a long way when it is used. |

Well-appointed hotel in quiet area (for New Delhi!) with excellent staff all wearing "no tip" badges. Good quality hotel but expensive as is the norm in India for reasonable business class accommodation. |

Food was acceptable, staff were helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable Club Lounge was a joke - in a disused storage room in the basement with no windos and smelt. Internet - In the business centre your could use the internet on their computer for free, however if you wanted to use your own laptop top you had to pay, wireless conection not very reliable, room- power sockets falling out of wall, half of which worked. Dated furnishings. A very poor Business Hotel |
