Very friendly attitude of the staff. They were helpful especially male receptionist who arranged my trip to sight seeing in tvm. Even though they are in tvm city they are not aware of what to see in tvm and how to get it organised through travels etc. at what the pocket can bear of the guest(s) they are not well informed and they don't have any informative leaflets of ktdc etc. and they are not connected with any. I have been going on questioning about the dist. To K.Kumari and the way to reach there and the cost factor involved by dif. Mode and the easy availability and accessibility but alas the lady receptionist was not at all knowing anything and just blank. Front office need to promote tourism and in the process they should be able to arrange such things what is sought by the guest(s) which is lacking in their staff. They have a big list inroom service at actually when asked for the things are not available, which is a surprise for me.

Bonne situation géographique : pas loin de l'aéroport et au calme dans la ville. Bon accueil mais le directeur de l'hôtel nous a ennuyé avec nos passeport de façon suspicieuse et irrespectueuse.

Room was clean and had tv and air con. Near to zoo and museum area, the best sites in Trivandrum. No wi-fi or Internet, although it is advertised on booking.com. Also no hot water (pretty basic) and only 1 towel for 2 people. No toilet paper provided.
